This pain is just too real
There's just too much that time cannot erase
This is for anyone who wants to stumble upon the drama...my muse is so cruel to Dani.

In the time she spent outside of their den, not consumed in utter exhaustion, the mother hardly left the glade. She did her best to force her son @Daniel to stay within it's safety. It might of seemed too strict to others, but the fear of his death haunted her dreams most nights. They caused her to loose sleep and often times she'd keep watch at the mouth of their little home. Tired eyes scanning for any danger that might capture their attention. She was worn thin, and a possessiveness over her only child worsened day by day. The lack of communication was taking a toll on the mother who more and more grew quite. Whether @Hudson noticed or not her intake of food decreased rapidly.

Like a ghost among the thickets she rose that twilight to do something she hadn't done in a very long time. Slowly but surely she made her rounds, leaving her sleeping child safely tucked within the den saturated in her scent. Danica marked the boarders to ease her nerves, but of course this didn't work very well. Half done she crumbled to her belly with a weak sob. She mumbled to the sky, "Who have I become? I just want to be myself again..." Silent tears rolled off the cheeks of the shuddering wolf as she curled into a tight, emotionally shattered, ball. The young woman was a mess and couldn't figure out how to put the pieces of her life back together.

The swooshing of grass made a startled head pop up, quickly followed by the woman standing. A figure moved about near their terrtory, causing a rippling warning growl to bellow out from Dani. Lifting her tail she boldy, in a foolish act of horomones, approached with suitable posture. There was no response, causing a rash, stupid, decision to follow forth. With full force and the roughness of a dry bark she charged at whatever was drawing too close without annoucing itself. However when she made eye contact with a smallish cub her brows furrowed in confusion and she halted. Never in her life had she met a bear, but the smell of milk caused the hairs along her back to stand on end in fear. Before she could remove herself from the situation a large beast lifted out of the foliage to loom threatingly over the niave wolf, paws hanging loosely by it's sides. Spit hit the fur of her face as the creature emitted a roar that swooshed her pelt and forced her to slink backwards nervously. What had she done?
