She listened intently to his story as words began flowing from his mouth. Capella knew that he spoke the truth of his past, and her heart went out to him. He had lost his brother, his whole family, just as she had. Like her he had spent time alone, possibly wondering how much longer he could survive, if at all. The beginning of their time here in the lore seemed so similar, and she really could empathize with him in this aspect. A pale maw nuzzled against his chin for a moment before images of her brother began littering her head. The dandelion eyed girl wondered where he was right now, if he was even still alive. In an attempt to ward away the thoughts that were plaguing her, she allowed her head to shake back and fourth slightly. No, she couldn't think like that. Not now, and not with Lachesis so close. She wanted to be happy instead of letting her head cloud over. What would he do if she went into one of her dreamlike states?
His story concluded and she felt like she had so much to say, but the words wouldn't come out. She wanted to tell him that everything was going to be alright, and that she was sorry that he was alone and afraid, but she couldn't take it away. There was no way to take his past from him, or fix all the wrong in his life. All she could say was, "I'm glad you two found each other. If you hadn't then neither of you would be home." It was true in every sense of the word. When he was with Anastasia they were home, and the fact that they were both here to stay meant that they were home as well. Here within her little family was where she found her residence, and now that the two ivory wolves were living with her, maybe it was more like home to her as well.
