Sex: Male"Cottongrass." He chirped, the worry melting away from his bones. Because now that they knew each others names, nothing could go wrong... Right? That's what his own line of logic told him, wherein everything was simple and didn't always make sense but he liked it. It was easy-going acceptance that let the world feel almost okay beneath his paws. He ignored all the other little thoughts that slithered in the back of his head. Those were the ones that whispered his fears and worries when he least expected it. The ones that made him feel decidedly not okay and really ruined his vibe all around.
He shook out his coat and his paws kept on moving over what was now the early morning dew. A part of him couldn't help but wonder about staying up so late. But they had her brother to look for, after all, some things were a given. He fell into pace behind her on the mountain trail down, head bobbing in rapt interest at her every offered word. There was a skip in his step, a swish in his tail, and he was set for adventure. Uncertainty bubbled somewhere in his heart - he took it for excitement. Because those two emotions were really one and the same for him.
So much to learn, so much to see. He liked it.
