The water was cold as he flowed across her paws while she stood in the small rock pool. Nauja watched the small fish under it's surface as the darted around her feet. She did not move so as to not scare them. The seagull had no intentions of catching the fish, they were much too small for a meal. For that moment it was just her and the fish, as it should be, she was the Fisher after all.
Nauja had taken a moment out from her journey back to the thicket to rest her feet and once she soaked then she planned to lie down. The water soothed her feet but she wondered if it might sooth the other symptoms she'd been having. Could the coolness of the water help the burning in her body? She would be amazed if it could but regardless of how she felt about the situation she waded further into the pool. The water came up to her belly and flowed through her pelt and for a moment she felt some of the relief she sought. Nauja knew there was only one that could cure these symptoms and she couldn't wait to see him.
