Garmir Ghostpaw
OOC: Again, you can skip Garmir in posting order if you guys feel like spreeing. Im heading to sleep after this. ^^ <3

-------

Interesting. Garmir's eyes were now settled solely on the scene that he was witnessing. He had already been in the youngster's situation himself earlier, but at least he had enough brain capacity to not insult the very wolf you were asking shelter from. This youngster did not seem to think as far. That could have been me. he thought briefly, for a moment appriciating Treyah little bit more for being able to persuade Kerberos into accepting him.

Garmir noticed clear disagreement between the two alphas and while he was perhaps more loyal to Treyah than what he was to Kerberos, he saw the alpha male's reaction to youngster's words justified and proper course of action. He chose not to get himself involved, deciding whatever happen would be between his two leaders only. The lead female's response - or lack of response concerned him slightly, but what came next from the youngster's mouth blew Garmir's mind.

You're going awfully far outta your way to be a dick. The earthen male snorted, absolutely loving the balls this kid had. Painful smile he tried to very much force away settled on Garmir's face for a moment, but he wiped his face clean right away, looking aside for a while and hoping that Kerberos had not heard his burst. This would be entertaining to watch.

Kerberos Rigel
Mature language.

The insult fueled the fire within him and the child didn't move with the given warning. "Don't you dare disrespect me in my own fucking home." He snarled as he made a move, teeth bared and aiming for the boy's muzzle but willing to make contact anywhere. Kerberos was rather set on this boy learning a lesson if he wasn't going to flee.

In that moment, nothing else mattered. No one's laughs, pleads, or cries would prevent him from doing what he deemed was right. The Rigel male had been on his best behavior for too long. He had spent months taming and making friends with an ugly beast inside of him. Never once did he think he'd ever be this way.

Roland Whitebark
This time, the woman didn't have any words to say. Roland's eyes yearned to stray her way, but instead they remained stubbornly focused on Kerberos, daring him to keep up his shit. As if the almost-yearling had anything he could do about it. While he didn't exactly have intentions of force or violence, he certainly felt as if he was capable of standing his ground against the uncouth leader. Perhaps he would learn his lesson soon.

The man's jaws lunged forward, and Roland narrowly avoided feeling those bared teeth upon his muzzle as he jerked his head to the side. Unfortunately, this left his neck open and he felt the firm grip of Kerberos' anger upon the thick skin present there. A snarl rent the boy's throat as he reacted instinctively. His own muzzle twisted along with his skull as he bit at the alpha's face and throat, doing what he could in his current predicament to tell him to fuck off and let him go.

Kerberos Rigel
He was hoping the child would have gotten the point by now. It shouldn't have taken harsh teeth and words for the boy to know he was in the wrong. Kerberos stayed persistent, releasing his grip on the boy's neck before striking for his shoulder with hopes to force him down. If he broke skin in the process then so be it. The Rigel had little patience anymore for those who wished to be brash and act as though they were right no matter what.

Perhaps later he would see things in a different light. Unlikely, though. Lately, the older male didn't change his thoughts too much.

Welp, that was the wrong move - even Roland could see it, though that realization burned him up to face. Kerberos' hold on him strengthened, and the boy's growls pitched into a yelp as the man's teeth bit through. Warm blood seeped up out of the puncture wounds to dribble through his fur, but it only made him want to fight all the more hard for freedom.

"GET OFF!" he hollered, paws and legs kicking as he naturally, almost outside of his noticed, melted over onto his flank. No longer were his intentions to bite back to stand his ground. Now, he just wanted out of this damn used-up forest and if he got to kick Kerberos good in the eye to get there, well that would be pretty awesome.

Kerberos Rigel
He felt the feeling of success as the warm crimson touched his tongue ever so slightly. His point had been made. It seemed the boy was finally getting the point too with flailing paws and cries to match. He would do no more and as he pulled away a flying paw hit him on the side of the head. Kerberos knew the strong buzz of a headache was to follow as he stumbled for a brief moment.

"Make sure he's gone." He mumbled briefly to Treyah before taking his leave. Passing Garmir on the way out, Kerberos gave a strong click of his teeth towards the lowest warning him to behave himself unless he was to be ripped into also. The Rigel needed his space now.

Finally. Roland would not waste a second more. The moment Kerberos' teeth were out of him he was scrambling to get back onto his paws. In the process, along with kicking up a ton of snow, he felt one foot connect with the man's hard skull and despite his own pain the made the expression appear to be more of a grimace, he smiled briefly. At least he got something in.

Once upright again, the boy was off like a shot, curving south east toward the mountain. He was fuckin' done with this side of the range.

Treyah Tainn

Treyah watched in a startled daze, the metallic tang of blood the only thing dragging her back to reality. The fear that it might have been Kerberos's causing her tail to arch back over her spine and her hackles to rise. As the final moments of the scuffle played out and Kerb told her to make sure he was gone she answered him with a slightly anxious whine, her attempt to reach out and check him over thwarted as her co-lead pulled away. She looked after him, and then after the youngster that had fled trying to process the pain that lingered in her chest. He clearly needed a moment, and she would give it to him. Bringing her jaw closed quietly, she trailed the younger wolf at a distance as far as the border. "Good luck out there kid." It was barely a whisper as she set about marking the borders once more. She was obviously doing something wrong to have three wolves cross them in as many weeks.

Garmir Ghostpaw
OOC: phone post :'D

This spectacle ended pretty much the way one would expect but it was over perhaps little too soon. Seeing the alpha male in action was certainly interesting and Garmir respected him little more after seeing him correct that arrogant kid. As Kerberos passed him, the earthen male lowered his head just the slightest - not out of submission as Garmir knew no such things, but to show he understood the message. It was best to co-operate especially when the leading male seemed to be on short fuse.

His attention turned to Treyah next. She seemed upset and no wonder. Garmir had impression she often doupted herself and of course he had heard her confession the first day they met. He wondered how badly this happening would eat her confidence as a leader.

Garmir left the scene but once out of sight turned to trail Treyah's steps. He only wanted to ensure she remained safe. Her kindness and capacity to love was a treasure this pack should never loose..
