Smaller bones would crunch loudly under ebony paws as they remained hidden under the powdery blanket of snow until it was much too late to avoid damage. Not that she really cared but at least she could claim it wasn't her fault. She shrugged slightly as Inna suggested a memorial either, it was possible but in all reality all they could do was guess. The answer would never be handed to them and the mind would be left wandering and unsatisfied. She'd grumble lowly at the numbing sensations crawling up her legs having started in her paws and would lift each limb to shake it out irritably.
She'd shift her piercing gaze to the other as she continued to speak of the 'great unknown' outside of the lore, perhaps an almost longing look lingering in her orange gaze? Diana could understand that she supposed, if for some reason she thought she had no reason to be here then Diana could relate to how trapped that could make you feel. She'd smile slightly to herself as Inna continued to reassure herself of how she could manage it there if it was just like a larger version of the lore. Of course the difference was the lore was an area dominated by wolves, in the real world there were areas not quite so like that. But she nodded anyway and simply murmured. Guess you could say that She'd nod too when the other ebony fae responded to her words about survival during these months. Exactly, you'll be fine she'd state crisply- noting the newfound confidence seeming to lace the others words now that she had pep talked herself into being able to survive. Funny how words from yourself of even a complete stranger can make you feel so much better.
Her tail would twitch from side to side as she continued to pick her way over the bone littered snow. The wind was picking up slightly as it whistled between the bare trunks and tugged at the tips of her dark fur. Her ears would twitch eagerly as Inna spoke. A slightly exaggerated frown would crease her features as she'd tilt her head to the side at the woman's words. She gave her the bare minimal of details anyway and she'd let fake innocence leak right into her soft voice as she murmured. Well that seems quite rude doesn't it..for them to just not let you follow? Her eyes would narrow slightly as she gazed at Inna. She was curious to see just how much talking this wolf could really do. Maybe she'd refuse to say anything more or maybe she'd be willing to talk about it a bit more. Nevertheless she left her words there, not wanting to make it look too much like she was overly prying.
