Delia D'astrous-Argyris

Panic, despair, fright tormented her mind and body as she thought of the worst scenarios that her Zeta and Zane could have gotten into. The pack tried to comfort her, think of plans to follow whatever trail they could find and bring them back for her. However, Delia couldn’t wait for them to decide on what to do. She was their mother and they held the key to what was left of her broken heart. Her children were the only things that had kept her sane, and alive. And now they have disappeared in the night just like Erebo’s had so many times. Was this Erebo’s doing? Did he come in the night and convince them to leave her like he had multiple times? Just to break what left she had of her good heart. It must be. It was so like him to take away everything. But, oh she was not about to let him win.

Determined, revengeful mind set her body in motion and the grayscaled woman escaped the confines of her den and towards the scattered trail her children had left. To anyone that saw the D’astrous lady leave, she didn’t pass a glance to. Delia was set on finding her children and nobody was going to get in her path. She could no longer let the fate of her children lie in the hands of others. She was the only one that could lie her life down for her children in order to find them and that was exactly what she planned on doing. Winter was coming and she’d be damned if she’d let them suffer in the cold alone.

The trail was faint, but there was enough to follow for quite some time before it disappeared completely. Her spirits dampened, but she kept moving. There was no time to be lost and she allowed whatever was pulling her in the direction of the Lore to keep her going. Delia would find them. If it was the last thing she did. Melee raided her mind as she came upon an unfamiliar land. However, for some reason she felt that this was the right place to start trying to find Zeta and Zane. And perhaps someone here knew about their whereabouts or have seen them passing though...

Gent Lieris
Gent was a man who had always been known as vigilant, but ever since Minka's passing he was found to be hyperly so. It wasn't just that the extra security was needed to defend his grieving subjects against any further cruelties the world might attempt to hurl at them, but also an escape for the shadow beast. It was overwhelming to be wrapped in such an emotional and tense atmosphere, the weight of it all a draining effort upon his tiny black heart. On the outskirts of the timbers, he was able to push it all into the farthest recesses of his mind, to pretend that this was a normal day and that Minka still awaited his return within their den, curled up next to the monthlings he had adopted as his own.

To have a foreigner step foot upon his mountains was further distraction that was welcomed, the king gladly arcing his course to follow the scent trailing to him upon the wind. Tail lifting level with his spine, he braced himself for the possible threat that might be drawing closer and closer to his realm, but as he breathed in the scent of female he found himself leaning anticipating the presence to be benign. When he at last laid eyes upon her, it could not quite be said that she was delicate, yet she was in every inch of the sense feminine. Curved and beautifully painted, it struck him as odd that she was out here alone. His pales eyes scanned beyond her momentarily, nares drinking in the air, searching for signs of a nearby jealous mate. When the coast was discovered to be clear, he finally spoke.

"You're coming upon claimed land," the king declared without prejudice. Whatever her business was, she could choose to share it or turn around without incident. So long as she did not intend on violating what was his, Gent couldn't care less what it was this woman wanted.
