@Askan Okay just to clarify, this takes place outside WRF borders, hope this is okay if no shoot me a pm and i will change it. Moderate snow -4 ° F, -20 ° C

The red woman moved slowly her shape was rather thin obversely she had not been with a pack since her Departure from the Mondanock. However, the russet woman had stayed in the lowlands a small den been her shelter while her wounds healed back together. The wounds had been her bigest challenge as they torn flesh hurt with almost any movement of the skin. Hunting had been a challenging task and while she had managed to feed herself her meals had been skers and hardly worth the effort.

But with the time passed she no longer struggled with the wounds they were healed, completely, but enough to not hindre her anymore. And honestly the Asurnwomann could hardly wait to get off the Lowlands there would be better options, better packs to take over and wolves who would work with her to create a true pack and a strong pack one which could not be pulled down. But winter was still standing strong and snow still kept falling from the sky, even know as the woman walked small white flakes slowly feel from the sky. Guess she could only see herself lucky that there were no wind to pull them around and make it impossible to find her way out. She walked and walked until she realized that she was no longer pushing her way though the snow. Someone ells had already made the path and if she scraped a bit of snow away brown plant material covered the ground. Had she found another pack territory? She knew that there indeed was another pack close to the monadnock a pack which had been stirring truble with the Mondanock wolves. A grin played on her lips as she came to realized that from the information that she had from the Mondanock the Wild Rye Feilds pack was at the edge of the lowlands. Perhaps she could earn herself a cheap meal by sharing a bit of information. After all, while strength was a top priority for an Asurn knowledge was also power.

Zahira moved forward her ears peaked and her body tense, while she did not smell of the Monadnock any sensible wolf would not allow a loner close to their borders. Of curse she could be wrong and this pack might just be as weak and useless as the Monadnock. However, her mind and plans changed as a familiar scent ripped her nose. Oh the dark man was here? what a pleasant surprise. With a grin on her lips she changed direction following his tracks and scent.

His scent led her away from the Fields not far but what really surprised her was the few drops of blood as what seemed to be the furthest point before the tracks lead back towards the Fields. She had no idea what had driven the dark man to come here, carefully she dug down into the snow and found the treasure the man had hidden.

Zahira snickered a bit, appeared that the dark man had made himself a person cache outside the pack borders. How unfortunately for him and fortunate for her. With a grin she on her lips she dug in tearing meat from bone.

Askan didn't mind sharing, he wasn't greedy when it came to food. But the same could not be said of @Phoenix. As much as he adored her, it had to be said that she was a bit of a porker. If there was food about and she found it, there was no doubt that it'd be gone in minutes, sometimes seconds if she was really hungry. Hence, Askan had created his own little cache outside of the Fields borders. There wasn't much in it, a rabbit and a couple of voles, but it was more than enough for him. And he'd positioned it perfectly too, with it being outside their borders Percy wouldn't ravage it and with it being so close any sane wolf wouldn't even think about pillaging it.

Or so he thought, apparently the universe liked going out of it's way to prove him wrong.

As usual he was trotting along his patrol path, making good time too when he noticed a bright orange figure not so far away. They were a little too close for comfort and hadn't even bothered to announce themselves, so of course Askan planned on having a word or two with them. But as he waded through the thick snow he couldn't help but feel as though they-whoever they were- looked familiar. As though he'd met them before. But who were they? And where had he... Askan came to a stop, several feet away and his eyes slid to the ground, to his raided cache and then to the bloodied mouth of the loner.

It was her, the orange bitch he'd met at the salmon spawning and she was raiding his cache.

A snarl tore out of Askan's throat as he prowled towards her, his hackles standing on point like a prickly porcupine and his ears pressed flat to his head as he held his tail high. He'd kicked her ass once and he was more than happy to do so again, especially in defence of their hard earned caches. Sure, she technically wasn't in their lands there and then, but he would have had to be blind not to notice her footprints in the snow, or her stench lingering in the air. She had trespassed and then decided to head back and steal. How typical, he expected no less from a bitch like this.

"Back the fuck off you bitch!"

Sorry for the mess and shortness...

Zahira felt a smile creep onto her lips as his voice echoed. Turning around she faced him a grin on her crimson colors lips as she licked the blood from her muzzle. The black man had arrived, what a shame she had barely eaten anything. Honestly, she would have preferred to empty out the small cache before binge found but it seemed that if she wanted to continue her feast she have taken it.  something she had no problem doing that either after all they did have some unfinished business to take care off.

She huffed pulling on a disapproval mask though it would be easy for anyone to tell it was just that a mask. "Come now love you mom won't approve of you using her name like that" she spoke pressures on the word that before her masked crumbled into a laughter. She actually liked this one, he was fun even if he was a useless mutt.  "I see your just as foul tempered as you where last time we meet" she spoke as she dropped into a defensive stance. "So what do you say big boy wanna continue or little dance?" a grin formed on her lips. The carcass forgotten as a chance to let out steam and to beat up this rotten mutt was much more exiting.

Guardian display 2/3. Lemme know if you want anything changed, or if this is too much.

Love? He was no love of hers. In fact, Askan felt nothing but contempt towards this orange coated son of a- It seemed as though she hadn't changed at all, she was still as provocative as before, if not more so. Her wound had healed, but it seemed as though she wasn't in the best condition. Surviving the winter alone, no doubt, was difficult and so he imagined that she was only just scraping by. Hence, as to why she was raiding his cache and gorging herself on his goodies. Her actions were understandable, maybe in a way reasonable. But knowing her, Askan knew that she was simply being conniving and malicious. Why? Just because she could. She probably enjoyed it to, judging from the horrid grin upon her face.

She couldn't really talk though could she? She hadn't changed at all, neither had she learned from her past.

"Like I'd say no to such a sweet offer like that." Askan smirked, his eyes gleaming with savage mirth.

He prowled forward, his hulking form poised and ready to go on the offensive at a moments notice. His eyes were narrowed in focus as he observed her, and took in her condition. There was a healing cut on her snout, yet another sign that she simply couldn't hold her tongue. That no matter who she came across she couldn't be polite or agreeable, she always had to push her luck and ask for trouble. Well it seemed as though she had good fortune today, because Askan was more than willing to give her trouble. And more. Wasn't she such a lucky gal?

Other than that, she looked about the same. She was a little thinner then he remembered but that was to be expected, and deserved too, or so he thought. Either way, if she was anything like she'd been before she was all bark and no bite. Sure, she'd nipped his neck a little but the bite wasn't deep, not in comparison to the one she received.

He was ready to kick her ass and oh was he going to enjoy himself.

Without warning, Askan charged forward with teeth bared. He wouldn't be so gentle this time, a simple bite to the leg wouldn't do. She would feel the full wrath of Askan Selwyn, Gods help her. She was going to be savaged, ripped and shredded.

Rearing up his front legs, Askan hooked them around the back of her neck as they collided with a colossal thud. Before she could even think to react, using the full weight of his heavy form, he yanked her down and let gravity do the rest. The red menace hit the floor with a painful exhalation of breath and once again Askan pounced on her, his teeth flashing white. With a thunderous snarl, he clamped down onto her back right thigh and began dragging her away from the border, leaving a bloody trail as they went.

Had she been younger, or just in a better state she would have laughed at his words. Unfortunately, she wasn't, to hell with it if she could just get one good hit in on the darn mutt she is more than happy to call it quit and leave the darn mutt along to do whatever mutts did. Hell, she even swear not to set foot on this fucking tundra ever again. Not that she was planning to return anyway.

And then it went loose, it appeared that the dark man intended to take the lead this time. She moved to slow perhaps she got out of his direct charge but not out of range and before she had any chance to reach she was pushed to the ground. The impact from hitting the ground but also from him more or less landing on top of her caused her to let out a  painful exhalation of breath. And before she had a chance to get up teeth clamped around her left thigh pulling her backward away from the carcass and borders.

The pain exploded as he pulled her and let out a mix of a yelp and a snarl as she twisted herself around aiming for whatever was in reach. And it appears that the first she got a hold of was the top part of his muzzle, aiming to maybe be capable of pulling the darn mutt of her.

Askan Selwyn
Gurdian demonstration 3/3

Askan snarled as he yanked her along, taking no care whatsoever to be to gentle. She flailed, trying to wriggle free from his grip, but the guardian was relentless and he wasn't going to let go. Not even if she asked politely. And knowing her, she wasn't going to do that anytime soon. Askan pulled her along with another tug and as he did so he felt sharp canines pierce the skin of his muzzle. He winched a little, but did not relent and instead with a wide swing of his neck he shook his head free from her grip.

He pulled again, dragging her further away from the border before he decided this was far enough and let go. Taking a precautionary step back, Askan shook himself off. This bitch was his enemy, an enemy of Wild Rye Fields, but even so he wasn't going kill her just because the situation allowed him to. That wouldn't please or impress @Drestig at all. If anything, it'd make the Old Man shake his head, he could almost see it now. So with that in mind, Askan stood his ground, blood dripping from his lips and a snarl rumbling in his throat as he watched her clamber to her feet.

"Leave!" He ordered, his eyes narrow in contempt. "Leave now of your own free will, or I swear I will drag you off myself and toss you in a river."

That sounded like a lot of effort, his muscles already burned with the exertion of dragging her fat arse all this way, but he meant it. He'd do it if she didn't listen. The river part would be a bit of an overkill, but at least with that addition she might realise her life was in danger if she didn't do as she was damn told.

Zahira yelped in pain as the man shook himself free from her grip pain exploding in her leg as the motion tore even wider gashes in her skin. Oh, he just waits till she got loose she fucking rip his fucking tail of and feed it to him. The bloody bastard of a mutt where fucking going to die.

Perhaps it was the anger or maybe the pain but ti took her a few moment to realize that they no longer were moving and that the blood bastard had let her go now standing watching her like som damn judge. Who the fuck did he think he was!? She growled as he spoke slowly getting to her legs after she in her first attempt had parsley collapsed back down onto the ground. Her hind leg could hold her weight, it hurt like a bitch but was clearly not broken or dislocated. Looking back up a laugh grew on her lips. And she laughed manically as she hopelessly tried to focus on him.  But the dark man kept change from a clear picture to a more foggy shape.

Zahira stood for a moment as the laughter ran out, her breath heavy her muscles burning from pain and exhaustion. She was weak, and she hated it. this feeling and this uselessness. She wanted to snap at herself bu bring more dishonor to herself was hardly wroth it. Instead, she looked at him eyes squinted together a smile creeping onto her lips. "Whats wrong, can't finish the job?" she laughed as she took a wobbly step forward lips pulling back. "Moma told you that killing was bad?" she spoke putting in all her efforts to make her words sound poisonous. She knew that family was a weak spot at least it had been back at the fjord. "Did momma told you that every life means something? is part of some big circle or hope or whatever!" she snapped at him a growl echoing in her throat as she took yet another wobbly step. "Grow up" she snarl as she snapped at him teeth catching nothing but air as she was way too far from him to reach him.

"your weak boy, your a useless pathetic mutt who ran away from home. She laughed but the sound was oddly hollow nothing like previously. She was weak, she was useless now. Could even beat a fucking mutt. Eyes on the dark one she growled again, she was in no state to fight but she ignored the pain and with what little adrenalin still left in her she barked at him "Prove me wrong boy!" She was an Asurn she would not let mother nature pick her off like som weak pathetic mutt. She would go down fighting like a real true blooded timber wolf.

Askan Selwyn
 @Lorcan XD

Askan looked on in contempt as she ran her mouth, spitting insult after insult.

If she was trying to provoke him, it wasn't really working and if she thought her words would hurt his feelings, well they were coming up short too. He knew for damn well that he could finish the job if he wanted to. He knew how'd he go about it , she was barely able to keep upright it would be an easy kill. It'd be over quickly, she wouldn't even have the strength to put up much of a struggle. All it would take was a forward lunge and he'd clamp his jaws around her neck and pin her down till the life seeped from her. It would be as simple as that. But did that mean he was going to go through with it? That he would follow up on his plan?

Hell no.

Where was the dignity in that? What pride could he take in killing her when she clearly had nothing left? It was tempting, the Selwyn wasn't going to deny that, but was he so easy to manipulate that he'd jump to her beck and call? Again, the answer was no.

Askan titled his head to the side and looked down at her as though she were a worm struggling through the mud.

"You're boring." He complained, rolling his eyes as he took a heavy step forward and then another. His eyes flitted to a large rock on the ground behind her."Not even worth my time."

With that he lunged forward, reared his legs up and shoved at her shoulders with a forceful push. She stumbled back, clearly having trouble maintaining her balance and as expected her head struck the rock with a sickening TWACK. Askan winced at the noise and stepped forward to examine her. Nope, much to her dismay, she wasn't dead. Just out like a light. Finally, there'd be some silence around here. Still, he meant what he said, he'd drag her ass out of here whether she liked it or not. Whether she was awake or not. So with that, the Rye wolf sighed and shuffled back so he could grab a firm hold of her bloodied leg.

Just another day of taking out the trash.

With a grumble, Askan began to drag her along, once more leaving a bloody path smeared in the snow. As to where he intended to drop her off, he had no idea. He was half tempted to drop her off at the Whitestone borders, as if to say you deal with her. But it was pretty damn far and Askan didn't really want to spend a whole day dragging her ass along. She wasn't worth that sort of effort, so the edge of the forest would just have to do.

Lorcán Artemieva
Scout demonstration 1/3
The search for food was never-ending and so far the agouti had been out of luck. Inadvertently, Lorcan had traipsed his way through the snow covered lowlands in the direction of the neighbouring pack, Wild Rye Fields. Up until now he hadn’t really been paying much attention to where he was going, instead he had been blindly following faint scent trails left in the snow by small furry critters, all of which had led to nothing. The stench of the pack borders hit his nose in one huge wave of scent and the Whitestone healer immediately stopped in his tracks, nostrils flaring in contempt.

He altered his path, swerving sharply off to the left towards the cover of the nearby forest, not wanting to encounter any of his delightful neighbours. It occurred to him that their scent had grown more pungent compared to when he had last wandered so close to their borders, which had to have been months ago by now. So they were growing in numbers. Great. That’s all that Whitestone needed; more wolves chasing down the prey that was already becoming scarce.

Lost in his thoughts, it was only as he drew near to the forest that he noticed the metallic scent of blood in the air, along with another familiar scent which he did not find anywhere near as appetising. Creeping forwards, he followed the smell of blood, regardless of Askan’s nearby presence. It wasn’t long until he found a trail of crimson snow. Following it, it didn’t take him long to spot Askan hauling something large towards the trees. Hoping that it was something he could sneakily scavenge from later, Lorcan diverted into the cover of the trees so that he could spy on the male.

Creeping closer, trying his best to remain undetected, he eyed the ‘dead carcass’ curiously. A brow raised at the vibrant fiery fur and for a moment he assumed it to be a fox, but then as the limp body bounced along the snow the head flopped over to face him. Zahira?! He gasped, golden eyes widening in shock, before he suddenly remembered why she was now longer his problem. That bitch! She had attacked Piety viciously for no apparent reason, leaving her with scars to her face, and now her limp body was being dragged through the snow by Askan. Served her right.

Stepping out from the shadows, Lorcan made no more effort to conceal his presence as he approached Askan with a raised brow and a mischievous grin.

“I see you finally managed to catch one of the vermin.” He called out, an uncharacteristic dark grin spreading across his charcoal lips as he referred to the coyote the swarthy male had been hunting that last time they had met. “Don’t worry,” He assured him as he approached closer to inspect the sorry state of his exiled pack mate. “She’s no longer associated with Whitestone and I’d sooner go another day hungry before helping her again.” He stated, eyeing her body judgingly before he settled down to sit and observe. “Please, by all means carry on.” He smirked.
