While she’d been out hunting the young Archer had found a place she’d thought absolutely mesmerizing. A large lake that reflected the sky perfectly, with calming, lapping waves and soft soil. It was almost ethereal, but more importantly it seemed to cocoon her. All sounds besides her own breathing and the movement of water ceased and when she’d closed her eyes she felt the most peaceful she’d felt in the past three months. She knew as soon as she felt it that she wanted to show this to Cyril, so after she’d attempted to convince him to take some of the hare she’d left him alone again and munched on whatever he’d had left.
After giving him some breathing room she’d returned, her voice gentle and coaxing. “Hey, when I was out I found this really cool place. You don’t have to come, but it’s quiet and I think you’d like it,” she informed. “I’ll keep my big mouth shut, promise. And you don’t even have to walk next to me, just follow along then I’ll leave you alone if you want to be,” she finalized, then lifted her paw to her jaws in the same fashion she’d done at the cave symbolizing her lips were sealed from that point on. Then, the dark girl turned and started to head toward the lake leaving it to her friend as to whether or not he would join her.
