Summiter
Shit! Unable to act quick enough, it sprang toward him. Summit flinched, sealing his eyes, all but ready to feel it tearing his skin. But, his eyes popped open in time to realize Greer threw it off coarse. If they were not in the middle of a cat fight, Summit would have stood in complete surprise and awe. Seeing Greer on the ground, and the cat off to the side a little dumbstruck now wasn't the time.

Angry, a rough bark left his lips, and he sped toward the feline. Not hesitating to snap at its face. Yowling, it dodged, and Summit heard the unsatisfying sound of his teeth click. He wasn't finished. Dodging a few paw throws, again he snaked forward, nipping a piece of its side. It clawed a piece of his shoulder in return. At the moment he couldn't feel it. Instead he kept trying to land another bite, all while the cat tried to back away, managing to just keep him at bay.

Greer Archer-Lyall
He quickly scrambled to his paws, his chest heaving as he steadied himself. His mercury gaze followed the movement of the feline as it struggled to land a blow on his charcoal counterpart. Summiter had managed to sink his teeth into the creature’s side but it was not enough to bring it to the ground. Greer launched himself forward, his lips curled away from his teeth as he lunged at the feline’s shoulder. The agile creature, however, had managed to evade Greer’s mouth… but, in the process, had ended up between Summiter’s jaws. The cat yowled in pain as it ducked against the ground, its oversized paws swatting at the two wolves in a feeble attempt at warding them off. Unfortunately, for the cat, it was unsuccessful. Greer closed his jaws around the cat’s forearm, pulling it toward Summiter in the process… but the cat was quick to wriggle out of the shadow's grasp. It looked, wide-eyed, between the two before scampering off into the trees. Greer blinked, dumbfounded at the development, before an exasperated smile collapsed onto his dark features. He turned to Summiter and motioned in the direction of Aurora. It was time for the two weary adults to return to the pack - maybe find something easy to hunt along the way... Fade, thread complete.
