@Aquaria but maybe also @Scorpius? || Morning, Broken Clouds, 78.8 ° F, 26 ° C

At exactly two months old, Zale was hitting his adventurous streak. The den was finally boring to the sooty boy which was probably a relief to his parents who had attempted to coax him out of it over the last few weeks. His over sized paws carried him in a clumsy fashion as transitioning green eyes took in all there was to see. Morning was always easiest to sneak out during. His parents often busy stretching their legs or finding food after being cramped in the den with their son all night. So he took advantage of it.

The seawolf was pretty sure there were other children around his home - ones he hadn't seen before. Sometimes he heard laughter that sounded different from the adults or saw paw prints that seemed too small to be one of the big wolves. He had waited long enough to figure out this mystery.

Sure he probably could have asked his parents but where was the fun in that?

Gonna assume this is the morning after Arcus/Scorp thread
Aquaria was still quite upset by her brother's antics yesterday. So much so that when night fell over their forest home and all little pups and bigs were to reside in their dens for sleep, she opted to sleep on the complete opposite side of mother. Their mother had served as a very effective wall that blocked all sight of her mean brother which allowed the small child some semblance of peace while she slept. Until she woke and saw his stinking face come morning.

Today was a new day and she declared it be one where she wanted space from him. Luckily it seemed the sun had taken a small break too. Above an array of broken clouds rolled on by and the warmth her pelt had felt yesterday seemed nothing like the warmth it did today. Good. There was plenty of uncharted territory to discover and little Aqua was gonna make a dent in that amount all by herself. So after enjoying a nice little breakfast courtesy of Pa, oversized paws and a chubby body were bounding through the heart of the pack's territory in a new direction to explore. The happiest of smiles plastered across her small maw as her tongue dangled off to the side during her sprint. Until...

Smack. The single swarthy child suddenly became two.

But everything changes with time
When I run til I see the sun shine

He hadn't even had time to see her coming, looking elsewhere to make sure no parents were coming before BAM. Zale suddenly felt a lot more legs and a lot more fur. Adjusting eyes blinked rapidly but when he realized it was another small kid like himself, he let out a joyful laugh. Although he was not rude and so he tried to help untangle himself from their swarthy form.

"Hi!" He chirped eagerly, obviously not deterred by their less-than-kind first interaction. Zale had never run into anyone before but it had certainly been a funny thing! A lot funny than when he ran into Mother or Father's legs.

His eyes crinkled as he tried to take in her looks and....huh. She kind of looked like him? But Zale didn't have any siblings. What was this?!

Am the worst.

Round and round the duo rolled until their momentum finally slowed enough to allow the black bundles of fur to detangle themselves from each other. Where once the sky was above her and the ground below, their roles had now been reversed with the addition of a pair of brightly lit eyes looking down at her amongst a sea of black fur. A chirped hello bringing a wide grin to her upside down face and the fluff of her tail wagged a million miles between her splayed back legs. "Hi!" Aqua chirped back, looking like the complete duffous Scorp probably saw her as.

Equally undeterred from their silly collision, the young girl finally decided to roll onto her stomach and clamber up onto all fours, giving a hefty shake to rid the loose bits of dirt from her dark coat. "Who you?" She asked mid shake, making her words sound quite wobbly at best and her vision equally so while trying to focus on this stranger that looked so weirdly like her. Had mama and papa been hiding another sibling from her?
