Neha, as on top of things as always, was the first to arrive. Clearly, she'd already been on her way, as she towed two specific florae that would help with Judas' wound. When this was over, Nineva would help to clean and tend to the injury, but for now, well; he could bare through it.
"Thank you, Neha," she voiced her appreciation for the practiced woman quietly as others filtered in and Judas gave his answers. From the sounds of it, the girl probably wasn't any worse off than Nineva's queensguard, meaning she'd lose a bit of blood but not in any danger; unless something else got to her before she made her way home.
Her eyes turned to the pack; their queen would not leave them wondering for long.
"Without justice, courage is weak," she reiterated the pack's founding motto, voice and gaze holding more fire than usual. It was clear that the greyscale queen was not pleased.
"You were all to keep that truth in mind starting the day we made our home here, but it seems to have been forgotten in the face of our piss-ant neighbors. Their words are nothing but hot air, and their threats will not move us to act unnecessarily. We respond only to action, lest we make a bloody mess out of one man's tantrum. The Surge pack is to be left alone. Their allies are to be assumed neutral to us until their leadership makes it clear otherwise."
She had begun pacing as she laid out these decrees, and only now closed her strides and became still. Something of a sigh worked its way out of her muzzle before she continued.
"I should have made this clear sooner, rather than assuming you would all have the same understanding. I take blame for that, and for Judas' altercation," her eyes drifted to him briefly, aiming what was something of an apology toward him.
"But now, there can be no more excuses. We are not in a good position. A day's distance had always been the expected courtesy in the West, and I thought things would be the same here. I sure as hell did not expect someone to try and claim a lake as vast as the one we made a home on. That's my fault too. I should have been more guarded, taken us further. But now, this is our situation. There's no need to let hot heads make it worse when it's so very possible for us all to live and let live."
Her eyes scanned those assembled, before making one final statement.
"Going forward, you will act in equal measure to what is done, and nothing more. Words for words, blood only for blood. Any Keep wolf that does not abide by this will be driven out."
