Nauja Mizuno

Nauja ran joyfully through the trees her tail waving behind her. She was careful to not let Tyne catch up to her until she was ready which wasn't too soon. The dark furred sea wolf was happy to have this time with her lover since they hadn't really had the chance to steal a few moments alone. Her laugh pierced the air when she finally turned to allow him his chance to catch her. After all they couldn't run all night and call it spending time together. Perhaps after he caught her they could go for a walk or just settle down and talk somewhere.

Paws hit the ground as they raced across the flat terrain. Creamy paws followed closely to inky ones but never close enough to actually catch her. Not until she wanted him to at least. So when she did, cream closed the distance between ebony in triumph. His coal nose reached her flank and gave her nibble when they came to a stop. He laughed before pawing at the ebony woman he loved. He could do this all day if she wanted to. Or if she wanted to settle down he was fine with that, Tyne just wanted to spend time with her.

When she finally gave up the chase Tyne caught up to her giving her flank a nibble. She turned to press her head into the fur of his neck. “Walk with me for a bit?” She asked of her lover. She had a place in mind where they might be able to spend the afternoon. Nauja gestured in the direction she wanted them to go. With a look back toward him she moved in the direction she’d indicated. “It's good being back in a pack again,” she said suddenly, “I still think we found a good place to raise Zale,” she added.

She responded to his nibble by pressing her head into his neck. A rumble sounded from deep in his chest. Golden eyes met firey counter parts with a smile. "Of course dear" he answered giving her cheek a kiss. Tyne moved to his loves side as they walked in the direction she wanted to. They were quiet for a moment taking in what had become their home before Nauja spoke. She said it was good to be in a pack again and she still thought they had found a good place to raise their son. The sea wolf's charcoal dusted tail began to sway more in agreeance. "It is nice to have a home again. Though I do prefer the coast -" he paused his tone full of humor. "This too is a fine place for our boy" Tyne agreed looking once more to his love. His eyes traced her features the best they could as they walked. Never did he think that the love of his life was always right in front of him. How could he have been so lucky?

With her head pressed into his neck she could hear the rumble in his chest. Tyne agreed to accompany her on a walk with a kiss to her cheek which she returned. Nauja didn’t have any specific place in mind for them to go just then, that didn’t matter. As she expressed her thoughts on their current situation Tyne had some words of his own that stuck out to the dark seawolf. “I do miss the coast often,” she admitted. Sometimes she hated that she was forced to make a home away from Bella Coola. Tyne did however agree that it was a good place to raise their son. “Don’t you ever wish we could show Zale what our lives were like before we came here?” Nauja had always wanted to share her home with her son.
