Just because he'd found Sawyer didn't mean that Levi had given up on looking for @Riven. Today he'd decided on pushing further North to see if there were any clues to be found. Hopefully River himself, but even just a word that another wolf who looked like him had been around would be enough to revive Levi's optimism. As it was, he was starting to seriously consider that maybe he'd taken a wrong turn...

That's what right now could be called too, he supposed. Not paying as much attention as he should've been to his surroundings, Levil found himself in something of a gulch that gradually lowered until finally, he was underground. What was down here was, however, absolutely incredible in the youth's opinion. His childhood friend very likely was not living in a cave system, but still he felt lucky to stumble onto something so cool.

"Hello!" he called out as he walked, grinning when his voice bounced back to him successively, distorting and dimming with each reverberation.

"He-LLO! HeeeeeeellllooouuuuUUUU!"

Dunkan Sarcova
This post contains some swearing.

Dunkan was new to the area, just managing to find his way here. He made his way through the vast forest, which was larger than any he had ever seen before. But far from overwhelming him, he didnt show any emotion to it. Dunkan was a wolf hard to impress or to even take that cold expression off, always had. He was only concerned about getting enough food for the day. This was one of the downsides of being a loner, of not having a pack's strength behind his back, but he never saw the need for one. Well, he didnt like the idea of having to rely on others for food or protection, sometimes packs were full of fools or those who couldn't do shit without others. And that was something he never did, he was fine alone and he could do his stuff alone.

He walked and walked, with his nose sniffed the air and sometimes the ground so he was able to find any promising scent of either food or water. But his walk brought him to the entrance of a cavern of sorts. But upon standing at the entrance a quiet annoying shriek erupted from within the cave.

He frowned upon hearing such a fuss. Sighing he walked into the dungeon just wanting to explore on his own, no interest in finding the stranger. @Leviticus

Dunkan can be a quiet rude and indifferent wolf, his thoughts and attitude doesn't reflect those of his roleplayer's!

Levi's tail whipped continuously back and forth through the air behind him as he listened to his words bounce back to him. He definitely had to bring @Sawyer here soon, hopefully it would be new and exciting for him too but the kid wouldn't be surprised if his companion had already 'been there, done that.' The Argyris-Archer was just impressive like that.

He'd yet to move forward, still relatively near the surface and fully absorbed in those echoes. The next step was only logical. Leviticus took a deep breath, filling his lungs until they felt stretched, and then-- letting out the loudest, warbling-est howl he could muster. It ripped through the tunnels, reverberations overlapping with the song in a way that made his ears very happy but would very likely sound like multiple sets of nails on a chalkboard to anyone else...

Dunkan huffed in annoyance as he allowed himself to walk into the caverns that as he walked further and further it was becoming darker, to the point of being completely surrounded by the shadows, luckily he was a wolf and wolves had good night vision besides he wasn't afraid of the dark. Who would? With his sharp hearing and sense of smell, he knew where he was and how to navigate without much of a problem. He walked and walked, walking in a straight line so he could always turn and get back to the entrance. Even though he tried to walk in silence his null nails still produced noise as he stepped. There, a <i>very</i> loud how echoed through the cave walls, reaching he hears in a way that he frowned with his lips lifting a bit to let one of his fangs poke out. He then followed the noise and there he reached the wolf, a yearling. Yeah, he knew teens could be these noisy and foolish.

<font color=orange><b>"Boy, shut up."</b></font> He ordered as he looked at the younger wolf with a cold expression but with his upper lip still winkled.

His own racket kept him from noticing the other wolf's approach, even as he neared close enough to speak. It was with the sharp address of boy that caused Levi to whip round, pale eyes wide in surprise and then, intimidation. Russet ears snapped back against his skull, and his eyes darted away from the stranger's features submissively. It was clear that Leviticus had been properly shamed.

"S-sorry, guess I got carried away... um, this isn't uh- um, is this your... home?"

He was grasping at straws, anything to turn the focus onto the stranger and hopefully ease his ire.
