Seeing the mountain that rose between the thinning trees made Azriel pause. Sure it was like any other mountain that he had seen but with the way the sun cast its setting rays on its side and how the snow capped peaks picked up the colors he really couldn’t help himself. There weren’t many sights that could compare to this one, not to mention it made him feel like such an ant when he looked at the numerous cliffs and sharp edges that dotted its side.
Ears swiveled forward as he picked up the faintest of howls in distance. Not bothering to try and respond, it wasn’t meant for him after all, Azriel began to once more put one paw in front of the other while casting the occasional glance as the glowing mountain. Maybe one day he would try and climb it or the next one that came along. The thought was an interesting one even if he knew there was a slim chance that he would actually do it. Maybe it could be a goal for the future, but for now he was more than content to stay within the trees and valleys that hid beneath the giant’s shadow.
and finally a bit about your character.... He is a dark chocolate boy with a touch of mint.
