RE: Dark Knight - Semananti - May 11, 2013

Sema turned her back on the wolf as she left, her gaze never parting from what was in front of her. She never looked up and never looked down. Well, it depended on the situation, but most of the time she didn’t look up or down. She walked away without another word; her run for the Ridge was an important one. Perhaps now she could talk to Elettra without being put into an awkward conversation with Guiness. Then she could meet with Sloane and Narime and work out an alliance. All would be well. Her tail curled above her tail. Someday, some time, Elettra would be the only female she was forced to bow down to in the pack. She would happily oblige that day.

Someday Sema would be a loyal second to the Ridge and protect the entire pack for her entire life. She would never be a leader, which was Elettra’s job. It was her job to be her steel wall that protected her and ran errands for her. If it was something pointless, it wouldn’t matter. She had sworn her loyalty to the pack as a whole over the name of her deity. That was not something to be taken lightly, and Elettra knew it. Elettra knew what it was like to be sworn into a pack over a god. If broken, an ancient evil would be unleashed upon your soul and you would die in days. It was like an unbreakable vow. One that she would never break.
