RE: Automatically on a pedestal - Avella - Nov 11, 2018 [dohtml] Having lived in the willows her entire short life Avella supposed she couldn't see what might appeal to others. It was her home sure but she didn't find anything spectacularly great about it. Perhaps that was due to the fact she hadn't ever been anywhere else at that point. She hadn't seen what was beyond the willows.[/dohtml] RE: Automatically on a pedestal - Jenessa - Nov 14, 2018 [dohtml] This was a question she'd been asked before so it wasn't hard to respond to. Whilst the Tarn would no doubt seem interesting to the Willow pup the same couldn't really be said for Jenny. It was just so familiar, she supposed Avella probably felt the same way about the Ridge. That was why the idea of living on the move seemed appealing to the Selwyn pup, that way nothing would ever be the norm for her. She'd always have new frontiers to explore, untrodden dirt beneath her paws. "Clearwater Tarn is....it's high up. A big lake, surrounded by trees all around." The picture was clear in her mind, like she had never left. "So what? Adults say a lot of things, don't mean we have to listen. You really wanna be bossed around for ever?" She arched her brow at that. As much as the Ridge girl said otherwise she did seem to be the sort who was a goody two paws. Jenny would see about changing that, just cause she could. "Next time you go, go further than you've ever been before. Till you're so far you don't even know where you are. That's real adventuring." And then. "We close yet? To the cool place?" RE: Automatically on a pedestal - Avella - Nov 17, 2018 [dohtml] She found it hard to imagine what other places could be like and now that she was getting bigger she was becoming more curious. She hadn't been very far outside the willows so sometimes it was hard to even imagine there were places beyond what she could see from the border. She hadn't ever asked but she wondered if her brother felt the same way or was she the only one. Maybe she was just weird and didn't know it, that was definitely something to think about.[/dohtml] |
