Rules & Policies Update
Based on member requests and staff initiatives, we have some rules & policy updates for everyone. These changes may not affect everyone, but please read through to familiarize with these changes. The Library and the FAQ have been updated accordingly, but if you find information that is contrary to what it said here, please let us know so we can correct it.
Leadership Activity Requirements
Currently, leaders are expected to make 3 posts per activity check. If leaders fail to make 3 posts in two consecutive activity check periods, they are automatically demoted to II. This policy remains unchanged. However, we are adding an additional restriction for after a leader has been removed as a result of failing the activity requirements. Starting November 1st, leaders who are removed for inactivity must wait 2 activity check periods (1 month) to challenge back up to the I. Leader position. This time limit before challenging does not apply if a leader loses a rank challenge or leaves the pack. This policy does not affect any previous leaders who have been removed from leadership.
Example: Leader Bob makes 2 posts from 10/1 - 10/15 and 1 post from 10/15 - 11/1. On November 1st, Bob will be removed from leadership and placed at II. Subordinate. He cannot challenge for leadership again until December 1st.
Pack Creation LP Requirement Adjustment
We've also made a change to the LP required in order to create a pack. There are now two options for meeting the LP requirements. If you want to create a pack, your character must meet one of them.
Option 1: 100 Dev LP, 100 Pack LP, 100 Skill LP
Option 2: 200 Dev LP, 150 Skill LP, and any amount of Pack LP (including negatives)
Recruitment LP Change
We've updated the requirements for being able to claim Recruitment LP. From now on, the recruiter must spend at least 5 posts of a thread attempting to recruit a new member to their pack. The recruiter does not have to be present in the new member's join thread (IC or OOC). However, in order for recruitment LP to be claimed, the new member must have made their join thread first. Additionally, since only 1 thread is being required for this LP now instead of 2, we have lowered the amount of LP earned to 35.
Halloween Activity Reminder
Just a reminder that many of our Halloween activities will be wrapping up soon. So if you haven't gotten started yet and want to participate, you'll want to do that before November 1st.
