Clearly the girl did not understand the concept of silence; nor did she understand what Greer was hinting at when he said he liked it. He gave a short nod in response to her question and nothing more. The prince did not want to waste his words on such a strange creature. She seemed to disregard the few syllables that fell from his cherry tongue and was more focused on her own voice.

His eye twitched in visible irritation as she went on to describe why she liked coming to this particular place. Apparently she liked listening to nature… Could’ve fooled me, he thought bitterly to himself as he studied her with a dumbfounded expression. He really did not understand the peculiar female before him — nor did he want to. Being alone had affected his speech… perhaps being alone had affected her social skills (along with her common sense). His head tilted at the thought, mercury gaze still focused on the espresso-coloured girl; it made sense. At least he had been surrounded by a supportive family who doted on him and his siblings — it was apparent that the strange girl did not have such luxuries growing up.

Once she finished rambling Greer exhaled the breath he had not realized he had been holding in. His ears fell back as he relished in the temporary silence once more, his expression growing smooth. Then something unexpected happened — she gave him an out. Which only left the shadow more confused. Blinking slowly he remained tight-lipped for a moment, weighing his options. Then, a shrug. “Stay, go — not matter.” The girl could follow him if she pleased; he would offer little in conversation, but he would not shoo her away if company was what she craved. With nothing more to add, the boy began to turn away, heading south once more.

Looks like that is what he wanted..Sylva said to herself as the male seems to become less irritated and more...she couldn’t even think of a word for it. Instead her attention was drawn to the obsidian black wolf’s shrug and her ears perked as he spoke yet again. If you wanted to stay, then why would you be turning around? She wondered as she was greeted with the wolf’s retreating backside.

“That went...decently…” the yearling mused to herself as she glanced around, it was getting fairly late and she had a lot of questions to ask, deciding it was best to set off and find @Raela. She gave her fur a quick shake before casting her brown gaze toward the north west and starting to make her way back toward her home, the Stonewatch Timbers.

I wonder….is their pack broken? The thought had crossed Sylva’s mind, two male wolves, both sharing the same scent, was it possible, was their pack full of weird males? if the males were strange, Sylva was both curious and nervous to come across any of the females. “Maybe one day we can find and ask them…”
