For @Amaryllis and maybe @Rook if he's up to it or Ama needs saving xD - as always, M for Bash's potty mouth.

To say the boy had a horrible sense of direction was an understatement. He thought he'd left his brother and @Maia around here somewhere but what he didn't realise, was that he had left them somewhere over his shoulder and not in the direction he was travelling. His attention however, was easily swayed as a strange scent crossed his nose, not terribly unpleasant but telling of many others that came and went this way as they pleased. Something deep down told him he should be cautious, but the years of conditioning to play nice with others overruled any instinct and already his silver tail was waving high over his back.

His snuffling had increased in pace and volume too, eyes focused on the slush and mud beneath his paws as he weaved after the trails this way and that. The sound of movement ahead was enough to solicit an excited bark from the boy as he bounded towards the stranger, intent on getting the first butt-sniff in, as he had been taught was polite to do. He wanted to leave a good impression on any potential new friends, and surely showing just how happy he was to have company was the very best way to go about it!

Amaryllis Azalea
After seeing Pip's preparation for her birthing den, Amaryllis figures it wouldn't hurt to at least scout out potential places for her when the time came. Thinking that she might check out the south of the territory, where it appeared Grizzly Hollow had shared borders with an old wolf pack, as there was an old pack den and such, Amaryllis was carefully scoping the area out when she heard someone coming towards her. Grumbling slightly that her task would be interrupted, she lifted her head to see a young wolf heading towards her, from behind her and to the left, with his tail hiked up high and smelling definitely not of her pack, Amaryllis's hackles instantly raised and the fur on her back stood in end as the boy bounded towards her and she opened her mouth to tell him to stop right th-

A split second later, she had spun around and semi lunged at the boy, nearly knocking him off his feet as her sharp fangs clamped around his muzzle hard enough to draw some blood and forced him to the ground. What the fuck? What made the boy think it was proper to prance upto someone like that, someone he didn't know with his tail high as a kite and to stick his nose - there. It might be the fact she was pregnant and very clearly so, her belly having grown somewhat in the last week or so and her motherly instincts and hormones mixing together. But she kept her jaws locked around his as she snarled down at him. After a few moments, she would let him go and stand over him with tail raised and yellow eyes glaring down at him.

"Who the hell do you think are you?!" Just what kind of wolf was in front of her, who missed every signal of a wolf pack and forget the fact that he was a loner so close to pack lands?! She would chase him off but she wanted answers!  "And why are you so so close to Grizzly Hollow borders!" Either this boy was very stupid or just didn't care. Or both!

She just hoped that for his sake, he had some kind or  explanation for his antics.

Well, it wasn't the first time he'd been bitten in the face honestly. Some found his enthusiasm and size to border on intimidating while others simply knew that he wasn't all dog (and then there were the ones that just like to play rough). In his hurry to backpedal he tripped over his own feet, her teeth in his muzzle only aiding to push him down until he was belly up in the snow and slush, his tail still wildly sweeping from side to side as a low, playful whine left his chest. He obviously hadn't meant any harm but that didn't change the fact that he was so obviously clueless to proper etiquette or his tail would be tucked firmly against his belly and ears would be flat, instead of high on his head pressed into the snow.

When she finally let him go, his jaws parted, a few playful crocodile snaps taken at the air before his tongue lolled happily from his mouth. Her glare did little to wither his stellar mood, she kinda reminded him of Shazza when he'd so obviously and royally fucked up... He could almost imagine this one wielding a broom too and that might just have cut through some of his cheek. Maybe he should put on his serious face... or maybe she just needed to lighten up. "Aincha ever been t'the dog park? Shazza would give you a good floggin' for carryin' on like that..." It still hadn't dawned on the lad that he wasn't a dog at all, and wolves generally didn't have owners but her next words rapidly drew his thoughts away from her displeasure and back into the past. "Grizzly? Like Bowser? I didn' know he got loose too..." excitedly he looked between the trees, "Oi big boy! Woulda thought yer'd still be nappin'!" he chuckled and muttered under his breath to his new companion, "What a joker, who woulda thought that lumberin' asshole would overtake us..."
