@Arwyn & @Hawthorne Time for some puppy play time.

Exiting the den the little agouti boy had noticed it wasn't as bright out as it has been that first day. As his dark blue eyes turned upwards to that thing above him he saw the glowing ball that seemed to he what made it so bright wasn't there. His head canted to the side slightly in confusion as wondered if his younger sister might have an answer. As he looked around the clearing in front of the den he didn't see her, where could she possibly be he wondered. At least until something else caught the boy's attention, it was brightly colored and seemed to float through the air but what was it?

He reached out with his nose to sniff at it but it went away from him, that wasn't fair it was supposed to let him sniff it. So on wobbly legs he tried bounding after it before he stumbled and felt with a loud yelp. Laying there for a moment as he watched the butterfly her further and further from him he let out a bark at it. He hoped that might make it come back so that he could investigate it further. Elyan would dered who might have the name for what it was called but that wasn't a hard one to figure out. His mother and father would know, they knew everything all he had to do was get them to come find him. So the young boy so did what he knew would get his parents attention, he whined, loudly.

Hawthorne Selwyn
The young girl had been playing outside when she heard it. So far the world outside the den had consisted of bigs but this sounded a lot like a sound she would make. The bigs always said long sentences that sometimes she could understand and other times she couldn't. Mostly she grasped onto keywords.

Curiosity got the best of her as she moved to where the sound was coming from, a scowl across her young face. When she caught sight of it she realized it was another kid! Was this a good or bad thing? Where was her mom? Surely she would no. Or even one of her few friends. Perhaps @Ryker, who had been dubbed Raikee, would know if this was a good or bad. Hawthorne hadn't even known there were others like her so to find out thanks to the loud whines of one hadn't been an easy adjustment.

"Shhhh." She shushed the young boy with a rather stern kind of tone or as stern as a young child could be. Often times she was shushed when she cried like that so maybe he needed to be shushed too. "Whooo?" Hawthrone asked with a rather drawn out O making her sound more like an owl instead of a cub.
