Well, that was the most of them now, wasn’t it?  Veho presided over the meeting quietly, waiting as each mother introduced her puppies – and some of them tried to introduce themselves – until it ultimately wound up with Pip and her family.  Except, the mate didn’t call her Pip, he called her something else entirely.  The alpha’s ears tipped forward at the name.  Signy.  He’d have to ask her later if she liked it – preferred it, even. 

But that was for later, a more private time.  For now, the point of the meeting had been taken care of, and the family could attend to other matters; or, if they so choose, the puppies could have playtime.  Either way, it wasn’t his business, as he had no children that age.

Clearing his throat, he waited until he had the others’ attention before continuing.  “Thank you.  It seems some of the pups would like to play – please, feel free to indulge.  Those of you without, consider the meeting adjourned.  We will continue to keep the caches full, especially as the pups grow.” The silver male allowed himself a small smile before getting to his feet, nodding to the other wolves.  It would be weird to linger onwards.  Perhaps he should seek out Ophelia.

“Good day and good health, all.”
