Fools Gold Chasm began as a band of nomads in search of a safe haven. Once established, the pack began to thin out as wanderlust struck. Soon, Leader Hudson himself was called away, leaving behind Saga and their three cubs. Saga, busy with tending to her litter, appointed Adelard to take charge in her stead.

Summer for the Chasm wolves ended on a bitter note as Adelard's twin Aubine was lost in the Vale and did not return. The pack's potential Healer Riven was taken by a stranger at the borders. Aweho, one of Saga's sons, goes missing in the middle of winter. Despite it all, and through a number of natural calamities, the pack persisted.

Hope is starting to fade, but the coming of a new year offers a chance to begin anew. As Adelard begins to finally settle into his role as Leader, he and Saga aspire to move the rest of the pack forward.
