Role play sample:
What was she doing here? With an entire world to explore, what had possessed her to wander back here? She’d told herself she would head south to avoid the harshest of winter, but there was plenty of south to choose from; So why? What’s WRONG with me?! She could have stopped, turned around, veered off towards the coast as had originally been the plan. But no, something had made her legs take this old route, which she thought long forgotten, and she now found herself in the overgrown woodland she had known as The Thicket.
And only now did she stop, not because she finally managed to get through to whatever messed up instinct had driven her and turn it off, but because her sizable rear had gotten caught in the bramble. Why did we EVER live here?! She growled to herself, pulling forwards against the thorns tangled in her matted costume. A faint voice in her head, sounding annoyingly like her sister, commented on how this probably wouldn’t have happened if she kept herself properly clean.
With a loud groan, the russet ghoul shook herself pulling even harder against the thicket’s claws. Since she had come all this way, she was gonna see it through dammit, even if it cost a few tufts of torn out costume.
