Couth
For any BTD wolf, I've changed this to all welcome since Couth will be joining OOC. Sorry for the confusion and this will be set shortly after his acceptance...

He turned back toward what remained of Hollowheart Keep with sunken shoulders, his eyes were reminiscent of the tiredness he'd overcome from staying behind and waiting. Mapplethrope was pronounced dead nearly a week ago and yet the male remained despite so many others leaving the pack were it stood; deserted and barren. It saddened him to think of leaving his only home, as so many memories drowned him when he thought of the first day of joining, but with the absence of Sagacity came the slow but sure silence of the remaining Hollowheart Keep members. He missed her, so much so that he hadn't meant to leave in case she returned back to him but days had turned into a week and even still she remained gone; he worried that death had taken her from him.

His heart was heavy with sorrow when he collected what remained of his herbs from his den and headed toward the nearest claimed land in hopes that they required a medic. He had every intention of returning to Naira's side but her prompt disappearance had left him without a scent to follow, and with his sense of direction seriously skewed he settled on the next best thing; Black Thorn Downs. He had heard some information about the pack but not enough to pass judgement therefore he did not hesitate in his stride as his once comfortable home became but a memory. He would forever remember the Keep for all that he learned while there.

A few hours passed before finally he came upon the border of his potential home and he dropped the herbs softly at his feet. He did not know what to do next, as Sagacity had gotten him into the Keep by the graces of her rank, and without her at his side he was only a mutt seeking refugee. Settling to his haunches in a sit he felt a whine seep through his throat as he sulked over the loss of his home, the loss of his family and the loss of his girl, Sagacity.

Ryka Tiaroth
Let me know if anything needs to be changed!

Ryka Tiaroth was a busy wolf, and with good reason. She had never been the type to laze around doing absolutely nothing, even in her birth pack. She liked to make herself useful to those she served, those she lived with. It made her feel important and appreciated...that she was doing everything she could to make the lives of everyone a little easier. Even as a youngster, she had been this way. She always had her nose in something, constantly investigating and studying. Even if from time to time, the subject wasn't any of her business. With her role as Healer, she primarily focused on searching for a wide variety of medicinal herbs to stock the medical den with. This often meant frequent, extended outings outside of Black Thorn Down territory, but it was well worth it. With the scare that Tokino had given them a while ago, she was keen on being fully prepared in case a more urgent emergency rose like that again.

Life was good, and relatively peaceful so far. There had been no trouble from the neighboring pack, or any signs of Ash Hervok. Yet, being on alert could never hurt either. Lately, she had been so caught up in her duties and checking up on Tokino from time to time, that any recent events had slipped right past her. And that included any new wolves who had joined the ranks. With her tail parallel to the ground and waving happily, the dusty brown form of the she wolf emerged from the tangle of blackberry bushes trees. In her mouth, she gently carried a small variety of plants. They were for the pups...not as food of course, but as educational tools. They were still young, but at least familiarizing themselves with the sight and smell of the herbs would do them good. But, as she just skipped over the border, a nearby scent made her pause. She took several inquisitive, soft sniffs. Another wolf, most certainly of Black Thorn Downs, but their scent wasn't one she had come across of yet. Must be a new addition. Adjusting her course, she followed the scent until a pale figure caught her eye. And from the look of his posture, he didn't look too happy. Dropping the cluster of plants at her paws, she cleared her throat. "Why so glum? Is...something wrong?"She asked in soft, concerned yet tentative voice. She didn't want to intrude if it was anything personal.

Couth
OOC: There may be a break in your table coding, but thanks for joining this, I still owe you another thread though!
Another whine escaped his lips and his eyes closed to escape the reality in which he'd been given, so much had changed within the month that he felt lost in his own skin, he was a practicing medic and yet he felt sick with an illness that no herb could cure. If he could muster the courage to he could have left the Lore behind to find Sagacity and Mercy and assure himself that she had not perished while on scouting trip and yet he was not a brave wolf any longer. He remained but a shadow of what he once was and it saddened him that this was the wolf he'd turned into; scared, sad, and alone.

So into his own pity party, the chocolate male did not notice her approach, it wasn't until her voice broke the silence that his honey eyes fell on her physique to lock eyes on her pretty blues. He was sure that eventually Black Thorn Downs would feel like home, it would have to, but seeing Ryka in all her beauty helped him to momentarily forget about Hollowheart Keep and Sagacity. "I lost everything..." he started, his gaze turning from her and to the herbs that lay so gently at his feet, he would always be proud of his skill and smelled strongly of the talent he possessed, she did as well, he wondered for a moment if she practiced medicine as well. "am I too loud?" was the only words that came next as he sought to search her face once more. Her beauty would help him to forget, but for how long?
