Willie padded quietly and slowly as her eyelids drooped down. She was sleep- deprived, she wasn't used to the thought of sharing one place with many. She liked the idea, it was warm. But she just wasn't used to it. The silent snores kept her up, so she just looked up where the tree branches gently draped over the stars. Another sudden thought appeared in her mind. What had happened to her litter mates? She missed them. She missed how Thunder and Eagle, the two twins played with each other, biting and wrestling. They must be in their "teens" now.

Everything was stupid! Stupid! Growling to the snow, growling to the air, growling to the whole wide world around her. She disgusted herself, but the mood was just so bad. Why? Reba had no idea, but she irritated herself. Vicious circle.
Suddenly taking a scent in. Wolf, she-wolf, from Copper Rock Creek. Packmate? Wow. This far from home? Who cares anyway? Padding towards the poor creature, ready to give her bad mood to the one that was there. Was it fair? No, but right now the black insane couldn't care less.
When she finally got her eyes on her, white wolf, Reba had no idea who it was. Maybe it wasn't a good idea after all... What if she was higher ranked? Reba couldn't just go and be disrespectful, but in her current mood, the black wolf doubted she could be respectful. It would be nice to get to know her packmates, though... So Reba walked ahead, the well scarred wounds on her neck almost hiding under her black fur. She ahd no intensions of getting that flood of questions about her wounds, she didn't like to be looked after. She could take care of herself, she could survive no matter what. <i>'You still havent't learnt?'</i>

Willie yawned. She rested beside the irridescent water, which was lapping at her feet slowly. <i>In</i> <i>Out.</i> She looked up and saw the regal eagle, soaring crying out as it dived and its feet broke through the mirror of water. A fat trout wriggled in its grasp. Wille watched, amazed, as she sat up on her haunches. This lagoon was a resource that all the forest animals used. There were plenty of deer, hares, and voles. Maybe she would hunt.
But with who? She had only been aquintated to a few members of her pack. Another choice would be meeting more. Well, that wasn't really a choice, it was a requirement. She lay back down, a feeling of misery sweeping through her. With her shy attitude how was she supposed to make a friend?

Collecting speed, trotting faster and faster, snow dusting on her paws. Moving as quietly as she could, heading straight towards the white wolf. Spooke her? Yes.
Her steps were light, head low, tail stiffly behind her, grumpy and impish look in her blue eyes. She wasn't about to try make anyone feel good right now, only to frighten them, even though it was done with playful mind. Quietly, almost silently the black girl trotted closer...
...Before making her final charge. Suddenly her powerful muscles started to work for onyl one thing: speed. Speed that was ment to push her over the remaining feet betweeen her and the white packmate, that speed would also bring her black form over the white wolf. Yes, Reba was aout to jump on her, literally. If that would go as planned she would simply roll in the cold water on the other side and stand up again. Nthing was made to hurt her, only to scare the shit out of her.

Willie felt that someone was intently watching her. Did she do something wrong? She lifted her maw and took in the smell of another wolf. <i>A pack member?</i> Was it possibly that the wolf felt hatred towards her pack mate and decided now would be a great time to induce their revenge? Now her good mood had been changed into a miserable one.
She ignored the stare and just put down her head, lazily lapping up the water. Possibly it was nothing. It was probably her alpha watching her. If they were her alphas then, she had to be doing productive. But what? She had finished her duties for this given day.

Flying in the air for a fleeing moment, attempting to land directly on the white wolf's back. No growl, no angry face, just a speeding wolf in the air, waiting would her 'attack' hit. Reba had turned her paws so that those claws of hers wouldn't make any damage to her packmembers back. She didn't want to hurt her, no way, just spooke her to death. It'll be sen would that succeed.

As a pair of paws thudded on her back, Wille yelped with surprise as rolled into the water. She rolled into the deeper part of the lagoon, and for a minute she could not breathe. She swum up, gasping for breath and her head bobbing up and down. <i>Who would do this to me?</i>
She swam slowly back to shore, now shivering as the fur clung to her sides. The once still water now had little waves lapping at the shore. She shivered more and more, Wille was quite affected by the cold. Though she had a thick white pelt, she hated swimming during the time when the trees were bare and you could hear the leaves cracking under your paws. The wolf shaking, she went to examine her attacker.

Dancing in the snow, looking more like an carousel horse than wolf, the black girl trotted her circle wiht bouncy steps, feeling flyful and happy. One little trick like that had made her feel so good. Extraordinary. Wide grin on her face, eyes closed, tail wagging behind her. She didn't look like an evil thing who pushed others to cold lakes. True, Rebecca had ended up in there herself as well, but she had been quicker to get out, the water hadn't touched her skin and she felt as warm as always.

The wolf was black, and the soft dew that had came from her falling, looked quite beautiful on her. She had the same pelt as her best friend, Fallen. Showing submission, the wolf had an impish grin on her face. That youthful grin made her realize, this wolf was all games. She shook her head, showing a shy smile.

Wagging her tail and chuckling to the white girl who didn't seem to be too angry about her little attack. <b>"For fun!"</b> was ehr answer as she jumped to the snow, rolled on her back and giggled.
