We like to encourage characters to act according to their natures. We understand that some wolves are more dominating than others, and therefore find it difficult to live subordinate to a leader. If this is the case for your character—or if you're merely curious on how it works—then keep reading!

On Ruins of Wildwood, we try and leave it up to the members as best we can as to when a pack is established. In the wild, wolves will disperse from their birth packs around breeding season, as only one couple per pack breeds a year. Leaving gives lone wolves a chance to find themselves a mate and establish their own pack. Remember, wolves are pack animals by nature and will almost always choose living in a pack as opposed to living on their own.
