Darkness had poured down on the world hours ago, leaving the land in a blanket of black. Though the world was quieter, it was not all silent. Creatures stirred, the night stalkers lifting from their daytime resting places and into the world. Judas was one of them.
The young man had always favored moving about during the night compared to the days for various reasons... It was less straining on the all black wolf without the sun beating down on his back, he could appear nearly invisible during the night with the darkness around him and, of course, most importantly, should clouds not fill the sky he could walk along the earth with his Moon Mother to guide him.
Tonight was such a night. Though many clouds filled the sky, snuffing out all the billions of little stars, the moon still held strong as he rays warmed the land in a fun glow. In these towering labyrinths of rock however, her light rays only could go so far. This is where Judas moved, slipping between the towering rocks, learning to navigate the land from below instead of above this time around. He still had plenty to learn of this place and he was all to eager for it.
