RE: Seiche, you've caught a nasty cold!
Afternoon | Light Snow Showers -7° F | All welcome

AHHHCHOOO!!!!

Another sneeze rocked through her body as she prowled along in the thicket, grumbling silently to herself. How the hell did she get sick? Seiche swore if she got it from @Hellhound she was going to string his hide up in the nearest willow and beat him with a stick. She never got sick, she's had a stellar immune system thus far along the sea, never getting ill. But now that she comes to the Lore, of course she would get sick. It's probably the air, not enough salt in it. To say her day was not going in the direction she wanted, she was not entirely up for any company, though that was most definitely not in her control.

Moore Bailey

Stepping lightly, he followed a hare trail, the scent, and appearance of tracks mixed together telling him it was recent. For once, instead of clambering through the woods causing a ruckus, he watched his step, attempting to disperse his weight as to not crunch directly through the upper crust of the snow. Testing the air again, he confirmed himself to be downwind, and it was not long before the hare was in his sights. It sat up, and he froze, muscles taut and ready to sprint at any second.

AHHHCHOOO

The sneeze ricocheted through the trees, and the hare bolted off, causing Moore to swear angrily under his breath. He couldn't fault whoever sneezed, it was the season for colds to be jumping around after all, but it didn't stop him from stamping a paw through the snow in frustration. The man would have to try again later, he supposed.

Heaving a heavy sigh and letting it go, life happens, he reminded himself, before he called out into the thickets. "Bless you…?"

Back on the coast to coast life

& You know I live for the hustle

Seiche may be blaming Hellhound for her cold, but time would soon tell that she would be the one to give it to the ginger wolf. The foxlike man had been doing his best to keep out of her spray for as long as he could, but still checked on her occasionally. It was not like she would want to be taken care of, and he would not want to take care of her really, but he had to make sure she didn’t die or some shit. Could you imagine? Showing back up to the beach after having let his salt and pepper cousin die of the common cold? They would skin him.

Opening one eye that had been closed in an attempt to nap after Seiche’s rather dramatic sneeze he rolled the peach peeper. Sighing he muttered, ”keep it down o'er there,” he was trying to get some beauty sleep after all. Suddenly, another voice drifted through the thicket, one that was somehow familiar but he couldn’t put his paw on who it could be. Raising his eyebrow towards the woman he looked towards where the voice was coming from.

Grinning he got to his feet, ”fancy ye feel good enough fer a tumble?” He was bored, and good old fashioned fight would probably cure him of that.

She didn't care that her cousin seemed to be following her around, she at least could tolerate his company. But she was not going to be letting him think he was taking care of her because she had a blasted cold. Shit it was going to take much more than a measly cold to take the salt and pepper witch down. Though, the whole thing was still an inconvenience especially with the fact her nose was clogged with mucus and Seiche couldn't stop the damn sneezing. "Ah, fuck off will ye!" She replied harshly to Hellhound's words as he was curled up in the distance taking a nap. Though before she could continue, another voice came through the thicket as her ocean gaze looked to her cousin with raised brows.

It seemed they were on the same wavelength, as her lips quirked up into a mischievous grin, "always," she muttered before stalking off into the thicket as her gaze looked for the man that called out to her.
