Spectral Woods i've just seen a face

Satisfied at seeing the young girl, Bishop, break eye contact, Roma allowed herself to relax as she listened to the stranger copy her excuse and patiently waited while Oliver and Bishop mused about what the mushrooms might be used for. Roma tensed when Oliver moved as if to try the mushrooms for himself, but thankfully he thought twice and pulled back. Instead he offered a much more logical and safer way of finding out what the mushrooms could be used for: observing how other animals reacted to them.

When Oliver asked her if she knew anything about the mushrooms she felt her skin heat up again. The proud woman was embarrassed to be asked a question she could not provide a helpful answer to, but she was also flattered that Oliver had thought to ask her for her opinion even though she was not a medic. Of course, she did know a thing or two about herbs but she mostly just knew the basics, certainly nothing about glowing mushrooms. With a quick shake of her large tri-colored head she answered her friend's question in the negative. "But I think you had the right idea about watching to see how the other animals react to the mushrooms." She added encouragingly. Roma's blue eyes glanced at the stranger who had not introduced himself and then at Bishop, before letting them shift back to her raven colored friend. "We need to know if they are poisonous in case we need to warn our pack mates about them." Roma didn't know about the others but she planned on staying here until she knew just what these mushrooms were all about. She would feel like a fool returning to Athena with a half-finished story about suspicious, glowing mushrooms.
