Enoki Archer
Dated: OCT 17th @Ash @Narimé

Amber orbs scanned the thinning treeline as a black silhouette moved between the shadows cast by the first light of morning, illuminating the world just enough to make out distinct shapes without revealing their true identity. Her footsteps fell softly, but not silently as the ever growing amount of leaves that had fallen from their perch on the branches above them crunched beneath her paws. Autumn was visible everywhere now as the canopies changed from green to fiery hues and the weather began to turn cold. And as soon as Autumn had its fun Winter would come to take it away, cloaking the world in a bleak shade of white draining the world of all color. Along her side trotted a younger wolf but by no means smaller than her. @Titan had come to assist her on the mission at hand, delivering a message to the allied packs of Whisper Caverns and Secret Woodlands with good tidings of a feast to be held. With winter around the corner, the Ridge Matriarch had discussed among the pack her desire to celebrate their three way alliance before they were all forced to remain home bound.

And it was that reason now that Enoki and Titan found themselves at the boarder of Hush meadow, the rolling knolls of golden grass occupied that morning as a heard of Mule Deer could be seen. The does foraged nonchalantly on the succulent blades of grass moist with morning dew while the bucks spent every waking moment sparring with each other to prove themselves to the females, filling the meadow and surrounding forest with the clashes of antlers on antlers. Had she not been sent to deliver the message, Enoki may have taken the time to give chase to the deer in hopes of bringing down a meal but that was not the case today. In the distance now laid the pack boarders belonging to the Whisper Cavern wolves who called this place home, living beneath the meadow in an intricate cavern system that gave them their name. As the pair of wolves grew closer to it, she paused her steps and tilted her head back to part her jaws and let a howl pure in tone come forth asking for permission to speak to the king and queen, @Ash and @Narimé. Lowering her head she then swiveled her ears to face forward, listening for a reply as she awaited either for a member to come address her or the leaders themselves.

Titan Thorben
His paw steps were heavier than the shadowed female who traveled ahead of him. The Ashrelle woman could sneak about quietly through the meadow whilst he was left to amble along behind her cracking twigs and rustling up the leaves and grasses while he trod over them. Titan had been better at sneaking around when his body had been more slim and shorter. However now that he was growing into a thick Thorben frame the dark silver misted wolf couldn't sneak around to save his life. His talents were better left to charging in blindly and distraction when it came to hunting or battle.

Used to the trails and paths that split apart the meadow into certain spaces, Titan followed the black and white wolf only occasionally wandering away from her path to take a drier one that or to top a hill and look around for danger. Then he would lope back to her trail and catch up to the dark she wolf.

Titan wondered how the pack was doing, and as they neared the border he couldn't help but place himself right on the border to sniff out who had been there most recently. As Enoki howled for Ash and Narime, Titan sniffed out Yuka's strong scent as well as Ash, Narime, and the faint scents of Kassander, Rook, and Namid. Titan was a bit perplexed as to why he couldn't smell @Danica. Her wound should have healed by now enough so that she could be out and about. She never really went to the borders often anyway... Titan reminded himself hoping that his good friend was doing okay without him around. He still hoped that by learning more about healing in Willow Ridge that he might be able to help more readily when things went awry.
