The assassin returned to where Inali and he agreed to meet, only to find that she was gone. The man’s former feelings of abandonment resurfaced and Yuka was once again reminded of why he left the lore in the first place: to get his revenge on his mother and get justice for all the heartache she would have caused for the rest of his family. Inali was making him feel the very same heartache then, except there was always something about the petite creamy lady that made his cold eyes soften and his deep frown curve up into what could hardly even be considered a smile. The Thorben did not know what this feeling could be called, had never experienced himself feel love before. The russet-hued boy did know that if this feeling was accompanied by this much hurt, he certainly never wanted to feel it.
After waiting around for a few days, with the hopes of Inali return, Yuka decided to roam around the lore, finally looping back around near Secret Woodlands and ending up in Blackberry Fields. It was a wonder how he always ended back up around places he was familiar with. The man was conflicted between going on a search for his petite former caretaker or remaining in the lore and finding a new life for himself. The Thorben had no remaining family in the lore and could make a fresh start for himself. No one had to know what he had done for the years he had been gone, nor did they need to know about his history within the lore. This was his opportunity for a new beginning.
