RE - The sky is dark with storm clouds
It was not at all good weather to be traveling in. However the silver wolf had wanted to get to Poison Path pack before the storm had truly started up. Unfortunately for the gray scaled canine the pack who's borders would have once been found here was no longer situated near the lake.
The winds were beginning to churn up grit sending it flying into the air. A great howling came from higher up the mountain as the winds passed over mismatched rocks creating the horrifying sound. Narimé found herself desperately searching for any sign of Poison Path, but no scent or sight of any Poisoned wolf greeted her. Her dear friend @Chantille wasn't there anymore. Treena, Tlarx, Aphrodite, and Athena, all of their scents were gone from the land. Nari couldn't even find any pack scent of wolves she didn't know. Concern and a sad nervous feeling swept through her head. Maybe what happened with Athena and Aphrodite... the pack maybe disbanded? They're definitely not here anymore. Which means I won't be able to ask them how to find a safe route over the mountain. the young alpha turned towards the forest that ringed the lake where the pack once lived. She would have to find shelter before the storm hit then travel after everything had calmed down.
On her way down traversing the cliffs and boulders Narimé couldn't shake the feeling of loss. Only one of the Poisoned wolves had truly been her friend. In fact the white healer Chantille had been perhaps her only best friend in all of Lore, but losing the whole pack when it had been doing so well was just...
Unimaginable.
Narimé cringed inwardly as she traveled downwards closer to the lake. Random thoughts of the pack being killed by landslide or by fire dancing about in her mind. The young inexperienced alpha was now learning how fast a pack could head downhill after flourishing for some time. She would do anything to keep her family together. To keep something like this from happening.
Reaching the waters of Lost Lake Narimé paused only momentarily to take a drink. A thunderous boom sounded from the heavens setting the fur on the back of Nari's neck standing on end. A low growl escaped her muzzle as she lifted it from the water to look at the massive clouds which were threatening to swallow the mountain top, including serpents pass, riddle heights, and lost lake. Turning quickly now that she was on level ground Narimé began to sprint towards the forest searching for shelter before the thickening mists of the clouds made the hunter lose her way.
