Titan Thorben
Backdated to March 6th, 2015

Titan had stuck around the borders but tried to keep away from the other pack wolves. For some reason he didn't even want to see his brother nor the bulk of Ash wherever he might be. Titan was almost sure now that Kassander wasn't around anymore. The dark wolf wondered why Kass had left, if he did in fact leave, and whether the pack would need a healer of some kind.

Well hold on now... Ash and mom helped me out the one time when Danica got hurt. They both have a little bit of knowledge at least... He sighed remembering Danica's kind voice. He wanted to see her very badly, but she too didn't seem to be around anymore. There were many problems he saw with Whisper Caverns that he wanted to get straightened out. Titan didn't like not knowing about the things that concerned those he loved whether they be friends or family.

Missing the trees of the Ridge but not wanting to go back to that place, Titan could only wander around the borders hoping to cross his mother. She seemed to be busy now, though he couldn't figure out why. Yes there was gathering prey and food for the caches, and keeping the others in line, but she should have been around the borders at least once in the last two days. Little did Titan know that Nari was busy dirtying herself with a certain Hervok.

Still, he had to talk to her. She was family after all, and he had to assure her that he was okay on his own. She had seemed rather upset when he had left and Titan didn't want to keep things the way they were. Plus he knew that Nari would be caught up in whatever news was floating through the pack. So she would be the best wolf to talk about Kassander and Danica with. Knowing her big mouth, Titan was sure that he would get answers from Narime.

Narimé Lagina
Narime was content for a while to leave Ash's presence. He had fixed her up good for a while, like a drug does to an addict. For once she was actually attempting to do a chore instead of being cooped up by the den bothered by urges every second of the day. Some chores that she had put to the back burner had been both hunting, which she was definitely not wanting to do right now, and marking the border. Though Nari wasn't sure if her scent would be effective deterring dangers as much as it might be effective at attracting lone males. So patrolling the border wasn't exactly something that might have been smart for her right now.

Still, her pack mates fresh scents along the border had the gray woman very relaxed. There were few of them now. However the few that stayed were loyal and true.

Nari knew that Borden and Jaysyek were only there for as long as they needed to be. She would not be surprised if and when their scents disappeared from her land and trailed northward to the forest. The gray hunter also knew that Nios had only promised to stay the winter. She wondered whether his stay here was coming to an end or if the small pack might have grown on him. Either way she expected one day that his, and his sisters scents would fade. It was Ash, Yuka, and Rory that she cared about the most. Though her worry for Rory was more about whether the child was happy or not. Nari had not smelled the Thanne pup for some time now, and had she had the resources Nari would have sent a scout after her or a search party. However, there was practically nobody around.

I could send Yuka I suppose... He's strong and reliable. If only we knew where she had gone. The gray female's thoughts ambled about her head as Nari strode along the border simply looking and scenting for danger or trouble. It wasn't long before she came across the fresh scent of Titan, where upon the woman froze to investigate. He was well, as any pack wolf would be during winter. The scent of the Ridge was fading from his pelt, but it was still strong enough to make other wolves wonder why he was around their territory. Nari wondered why he had come back, and also wondered if he would greet her warmly should she choose to approach. The she wolf debated only for a moment whether to approach the Thorben or not to, but her curiosity over how Titan had finished growing won out over her reluctance.

Strolling forward and remembering to treat him as an adult, like she had learned to do with Yuka in order not to make him angry, Narime raised herself to that of a leader before following Titan's trail.

She spots her boy, a man now full of silvery grays misted upon a pitch black undercoat. His head and muzzle had widened and Nari was surprised to see his fathers thick jaw just below those ebony cheeks. The yearling had become rather muscular as he filled out, but she was surprised that his width did not match Yuka's. Titan had managed to gain some of her tall litheness it seemed where Yuka had gained all of his fathers size and strength. Still, he was stronger than her and certainly handsome. Nari was proud of her boy, no the man she had birthed who stood before her. Though Narime wondered if Titan knew that or not.

"So what brings you back to the caverns Titan?"

She asks while slowing to a stop before the tall dark wolf.
