This is all welcome but I'd love if @Pacem or @Unitas popped in! :)

Danica sat outside the pack den with her head pointed to the sky, her jaws shut in complete silence. She was home, and not just back, but apart of the pack. Once more she was where others had told her time and time again she belonged. And yet, it still didn't feel right. This was not her home anymore...just a place of temporary residence. She sighed, emerald eyes sleepily staring at the bright white light of the full moon. It was gorgeous, captivating, and mysterious all at once. Intrigued she wondered what there was to know about the moon. Other than it came out at night, went through many phases, and once a month disappeared. Not to mention other obvious things such as color and brightness.

The sound of a twig snapping caught her attention as her head swung to the left. Pale ears pushed forward twitching as they listened. "Hello? Anyone there?" She spoke quietly to keep from awaking any slumbering wolves. No response. *Odd...* She thought rising to her paws and crossing through the light traveling into the entrance. Her shadow dancing within the den as she moved. Intrigued the yearling wondered into the darkness of the thickets, her body tense and alert for possible danger. However, she didn't think that whatever she heard was dangerous. Probably another wolf staying up late to enjoy the beautiful night sky.*Or some other animal, maybe it was a bird? Hmmm...*

Her head snapped over towards a sudden rustling that caught her attention. Eyes went wide as she remembered the lynxes that had attacked her and Ashton. Her defenses rose instantly with her hackles. A snarl leaving your lips, "Who's there?"
