Kite sought out her leader, their reuniting playing in her head over and over again. The woman had not seemed to be in the right mind, but... perhaps she might be better, now. Kite did not know how long Nina's mind had been that way, and if it could be returned to normal at merely their return, but Kite was nothing if she was not optimistic. After losing her sibling, she did not want to lose the woman to insanity or delirium.
And so Kite sought the woman out, hoping that her mind was restored. Kite would not know what to do if it was not, but would confront that when it came to it. The tawny scout would leave soon to establish alliances for the weakened Woodlands; their pack number was enough to survive as a pack, but certainly not what it was or what it could be. Iopah and Koda were gone. Kite was saddened by this, having liked Iopah; Koda was a nice man, too, from what she recalled of their hunt together. The Tainn moved slowly towards the communal den, but her pace quickened when the scent of Nina grew more prominent.
