Maera’s shoulders rolled back as she followed along Treyah’s heels to chase the woman out. The woman wanted to make sure the disrespectful wolf was far gone from the borders, but only went about half the distance that Treyah did, reminding herself that she needed to think about more than herself in that moment. She hissed under her breath as she started to head back, her tail lashing from side to side in irritation still as she licked her jowls. She still felt restless; exhaustion had yet to start to plague her, especially given her condition. She was just waiting for it – she knew it happened.

She waited for Kerberos to start to make his way back to where she’d stopped, offering a soft butt to his shoulder and a lick across his cheek. She didn’t say anything because she was content with the silence and trying to calm her annoyance with the brash loner… she needed a snack. Her nose twitched, searching for scents as they walked.
