Delia D'astrous-Argyris
Set 6/03
For @Erebos <3

After seeking out her daughter @Zeta, the D'astrous mother sought out her ex mate to give him the news that suffocated her heart and soul. Never had Delia lost either of them and not been able to find them somehow. When they disappeared to seek out Erebos, she had followed behind them and was successful in finding them. But why couldn't Delia find @Zane this time? How could she fail Zeta like this? She couldn't give up on trying to search for her son, but she couldn't leave Zeta alone either. For a moment, Delia thought of taking her ragtag group and going out and searching for Zane together with the four of them. However, the more she realized how selfish she was being, the more she realized they needed to stay exactly where they were. If Zane wanted to find them, he would find them here in Secret Falls.

Traveling alongside the winding river that traveled through Broken Timber Pine's territory, she watched the various wildlife scurry around. For moment she watched as a mother raccoon led her kits up along a tree. Four of them followed up after her, but one sat on the ground and screamed up at her and its siblings. The mother disappeared into the deep hole that was situated between the separation of the grounding truck into two larger limbs. She reappeared quickly, though, turned around to look down upon her children. One by one each of the dark kits disappeared behind their mother into the dark depths of their hole. However, the one kit still sat at the base of the tree, its claws now finally grabbing onto the bark of the tree. Though there was still hesitation from the kit. All the other cubs settled into the nest, their quiet purrs and chattering could still be heard. The mother watched her kit that sat at the base of the tree, a loud, encouraging chatter left her mouth. Her encouragement must had been enough for the cub, as he finally started to make his way up the tree, though still with much caution.

Her silver eyes watched the family silently, as her worries subsided for just a brief moment.
