Why her grandmum had to be taken from her and Hearthwood before she'd even had the chance to know her like her mum did. Oksana didn't think it was fair and if her grandmum hadn't been taken from them then Inna wouldn't be so sad. The pup shook her head at the words Lilya spoke to her, “They have grandfather so grandmum could stay.” From what her mother had said and Lilya the smudge understood that her grandfather was in the stars too. That the spirits had already taken him, “Sana not know grandfather.” The alpha woman had said that her grandmother would be with her always but she hadn't understood how. As she spoke once more the pup started to understand a little more. She didn't know all about hearts and such but she knew that there was a place inside her that hurt when she thought about her grandmum. She wondered if this was where Lilya was talking about, she sighed as she looked down at her chest, “Place hurts think of her?” She asked looking back into the womans blue eyes.
Lilya seemed very certain that Inna would get better, she was an adult so Oksana felt she had to listen. Her mother had taught her that adults knew a lot so this had to be one of those things she just had to trust. She nodded that she understood, “Can Sana help her?” She asked because she did want to help her mum anyway she could. As the conversation turned to hunting and Oksana informed Lilya she had caught a hopper her focus changed to the training and practice she'd been doing. A wide grin and her tail swished more rapidly behind her as she received praise for catching the hopper. “Yes, Sana love chasing hoppers.” She didn't know if there were any in Hearthwood but she would very much like if there were.
