Marian Selwyn-Tainn
Marian hummed, she really did mean it. Sure, maybe her taste in company wasn't the best or considered the norm but who cared? They mostly had fun with one another, what else could she ask for? Better yet Azra knew when to do as he was told and she'd thought this before but she really did like that in a man. Or anyone really. So much of her time back home had been spent comping at the bit, fighting against what other's told her not to do. Don't climb Angels Peak? Well now she had to! Eat all of her dinner? Well now she had to throw it all out, just out of spite.

So on so forth, till the end of her days.

But here she felt a free, she supposed, that she'd been able to drop all of her Selwyn-Tainn baggage right at the border of the Lore. It meant mostly nothing here and if Azra was the only one who truly knew and understood she'd be cool with that. But then of course he had to bring up farting-and Marian let out a hideous giggle snort.

"Well duh. I'd only take that as a challenge." The thought of a  battle of the stinkest and loudest tooter just made her laugh all the more as she splayed out atop of him, her glee melting into the pale of his back.

Azra Donata
Annie's harsh chortle of laughter rumbled across his back, and it was such a curious sensation that it drew laughter from him as well. Deep, full-belly laughter rolled through him, causing his friend to bob a little on his back. With the extra pressure—the dark girl weighed nearly as much as he did—laughing was difficult, and the absurdity of it all—him penguin sliding, her riding him like a bird rides an elk, but squashing him a little—only made him laugh harder and bounce her higher. Vaguely, in the recesses of his mind he saw this moment as if at a great distance. He saw himself clearly: deeply happy for the first time in a long time.

If he could have stayed here forever, he would.
