They were an alright bunch, after all. And seemed to understand her desires for personal space, so that was good.
Colette had never thought she’d experience a day where just getting to walk through the forest, on her own, would feel liberating. But here she was. A very tiny part of her did have to admit that the forest and these giant trees which were covered in snow were kind of pretty.
That was a thought the ghost came to almost immediately regret, however. Something above her snapped, and Cole turned her gaze upward in time to have a shower of snow and ice come raining down upon her face, covering her nose, eyes, and back in the stuff.
A soft huff escaped her, and the ghost blinked a couple of times to clear the snow away from her eyes. ”Yeah..” she grumbled, staring up at the tree resentfully. That was about her luck.
