Sorry for the fail wait, Kydnt. <33 D:

Her fury was only satiated as her fangs met the flesh of his shoulder – her first attack on another wolf from anger, Kisla, in all of her naivety, felt almost surprised at the familiarity it held compared to the animals in which they hunted. A snarl bubbled from her throat once more, his words lost upon her as he attempted to play innocent. He had gone too far simply talking to her unattended little sister, but now, with his scent harshly thick upon their lands, he deserved nothing but the wrath of Swift River.

She did not respond to him. Instead, her paws clung to the ground as she pivoted now, turning her svelte figure back to him as she barreled to him once more, her figure aiming to slam in to his and knock him toward the ground – determined to rub his face in the excrement he had left on their lands. Her ears remained slick to her skull, her green eyes a flash of rage as her teeth once more sought him. Consequences would be made, or he had best leave and never come near her home again.

Rais Rose
His shoulder stung with the mark of her fangs, a too-warm feeling blooming against the tear as his blood snaked a crimson path down his grey pelt. It wasn't too deep of a wound, just a warning shot, but he didn't plan on earning himself any more of them. He kept her in his sight, eyes flicking from her to the scenery, calculating where she was heading and what options that left him for escape routes. He was on her turf, she was at an advantage and so he'd have to make damn sure of how he was going to extract himself from this mess.

Rounding about the tawny yearling came charging at him, but lucky for Rais his stringy muscles were a bit nimbler than her own. The clacking of jagged white teeth and the whoosh of her body passed him by as he ducked down and bolted to the side at nearly the last moment. There was no point in trying to fight her, not when any number of pack wolves could easily be summoned to her defense. Without her calling for them, even the sounds of a fight and his foreign scent would be enough to alert others to something awry. He didn't wait for her to prepare another attack, and didn't look to see if she had. Ebony claws digging into the earth he launched himself away from her and into an opening in the trees, bounding towards the outside of the claimed land.

A snarl of fury erupted from her throat as she missed him, the sterling silver of his pelt was just from her reach, and as she spun to counter the failed attempt, the Yearling was no longer there. Her green eyes narrowed as he ran, and with the instinct she felt during a pack hunt, Kisla darted after him.

He was fast on his paws and the tawny girl held no chance of catching him through speed, yet the Tainn female was far too stubborn and infuriated to simply let him leave, and she kept the chase, her paws thrumming the ground of her home with the need to honor its defense of what this wolf had done. He would be welcome by no Swift River wolf again – that much she would make sure of, and the fool had best hope he did not run in to any of them on neutral grounds. If she did, she would make sure to piss on his face.

The muscles rippled beneath her pelt – a streamlined figure that held stamina. But whether or not she would catch him before he crossed the borders was uncertain, for her eyes fell upon the familiar yet invisible stakes of their land.
