I thought we could have some pack involvement before the two arrive, so come and help Calla make snow men!
Sure her parents weren't in the general area, she emerged from the den she had just been cleaning. She had spent a good hour or so replacing the beds they slept on with fresh twigs, moss and whatever else she could find, whilst dragging the old stuff out bit by bit with her mouth and depositing it behind a tree. Then, she had ensured that the area around the den was spick and span, removing anything that looked out of place to behind the tree as well. The effort had left her very dirty and she would have to clean herself before her mother got back, but there was still so much to be done! She had to venture back to the place she had met Ice and gotten the creeps knocked out of her to fetch the gift she had eventually finished for her mother and then she would have to find time to make another for her father- she couldn't give to one and not the other.
It appeared however that there was no way she could do all of those jobs by herself. No, she needed the pack to help her build her snow parents so she could bathe. Reluctant not to be able to complete the task herself, she allowed her soft voice to call into the sky, calling forth her packmates. She kept the note cheery, care free as not to alarm her parents if they heard. It was more a sound of play and attention from anyone near by then a get your fluffy butts here now! but she hoped dearly that someone, anyone would be near enough to come to her aid. If she was able, she would be biting her lip and twiddling her hair with anticipation. Her golden eyes furiously scanned the tree line, whilst her nose worked overtime as she waited, somewhat impatiently, for help to arrive. "Come on.." she whispered to herself.
