The man watched nervously as he waited for her reaction to his question. It wasn't often that he had that feeling, except when he was around Namara, which was to have been expected, especially since she was his mate for the time being. In the end, it turned out that he truly didn't have anything to worry about, everything was going to be fine, and Finn happily agreed to his request. Joy spread through the man immediately, pleased that he was being reacquainted with his long lost friend and could he say....love? It was not long before the woman in front of him bowed down in submission, and immediately began to step forward, his head held high above her. When she looked up at him, he saw a familiar sparkle in her eyes, something that he appreciated highly. When she spoke to him, he chuckled lowly, happily accepting the compliment before he bent down and lightly ran his muzzle over her own, marking her with his scent. Things were going to be better for him, and hopefully for her in the upcoming days. He spoke quickly, before he forgot, "As you look the same. The same vibrant beauty I first laid my eyes on."
His voice was teasing but it also head a serious edge to it, his nose twitching slightly when he smelt food nearby. Mentioning with his head for her to come with him, he spoke quietly, "Come. We can grab some sustenance and then I will take you home and how you around." He walked purposefully towards where he was sure that the carcass was, and happily stood by, looking at the elk. Unfortunately, it looked like it had frozen to death, but was still edible, which was the important thing to Ash and Finn. Bowing his head playfully, he mentioned for her to step forward, clearing his throat once more before he spoke, "Only the best for the Lady Millinae." Smirking slightly, he awaited for her to begin eating before he would join her.
