Jessie remained attentive to the lady's needs, her emerald eyes moving towards the form of who she hoped she could call a friend. Of course, Nayeli did not know of the trust issues that Jessie harbored towards other wolves. None the less, should they ever be on the borders together the alpha would be able to tell that Jessie clearly was not found of loners or any wolves that she did not know well. When the other woman spoke again, the Swiftpaw did her best to give the other woman a reassuring smile, though she couldn't really tell how well that worked out. Her reply was tense though, "Well, yes, of course. It would be bad if something should happen to one of us and no one being able to help the other." While this was true, they still wouldn't be around one another much through the time that they were on the other side of the mountains. Jessie hardly knew the area well anymore, she hadn't been on the other side for quite some time. Either way, she would not let the new Tainn down and would do as she asked, even if that meant bringing Drestig along with her.
When Nayeli approached her with another request, the Swiftpaw arched her eyebrows slightly to show that she was intrigued by the question. Of course, she had heard of Nayeli's family before when she had first entered the lore, and Jessie knew that the darker woman had been searching for them for quite some time. Though she doubted she would find anything, to placate her alpha, she nodded her head and muttered a soft acknowledgement to her hope of finding family. Not that her new alpha would have to worry, she had the Bend wolves now, and they were one of the most loyal bunches anyone would be able to find. So jut to make sure the woman did not need anything more, Jessie asked one final question, "Is there anything else I can do for you, Milady?" She flicked her tail behind her uneasily, awaiting any reply that would come from the other woman.
