Much to the silver prince’s surprise, it seemed that he was winning the battle that he was putting up. Pride welled up in his chest as he continued his onslaught of playful batting, their aim at her ears which were really the only place that he could reach at that moment. Suddenly, the woman rolled over and he was sent toppling to the ground with a surprised squeak. However, he didn’t put up a fuss over falling over. Instead, he picked himself up and gave an unbalance shake of his pelt before bounding forward much like a gazelle. He clambered up her belly, moving up to her chest and, this time around, went for her chin. He covered it in ferocious nips and licks, little growls escaping his lips as he began to think himself a mighty warrior. He ducked as a large mitten came toward him, leaping up to nip at it with glee before nearly falling over once again. This boy managed to stabilize himself before that could happen, then went back to work. He batted at her paws as she covered her eyes, a whine escaping his lips. Why’d she cover her eyes? He opened his maw and barked and barked and barked until she moved them, but by the time he was done he found himself growing tired.
All the playing and the new things had plum tuckered the little guy out, and though he was trying his best to keep it up he was getting that characteristic droopy eyes look. His nips at her chin and nose were getting fewer and farther apart as he fought for consciousness, but in the end it won him over as he tiredly slip from her body down to the ground. He wobbled on his little paws for a moment before settling himself into a curl, pressing his back against her warm body and emitting a final whining yawn before laying his head to rest. His paw went to rest over his muzzle as his baby blue gaze slowly lowered, then closed completely. In a matter of minutes he was fast asleep, his tiny chest expanding and contracting in deep content breaths. He’d enjoyed his playtime with Raela, but now it was time for him to return to his nap.
