Vitani Lieris
Sorry for skipping @Maeve :x Vitani needed a post...if you want me to get rid of it I understand c:

The sharp words from the pale male were headed with care. "Of course." Lingering in the background the Lieris simply observed. Every moment the children pained her heart. The loss was to great for them to bare alone. Certainly everyone should feel the backlash of such a loss. While the woman wasn't one for touchy feelings this was too much. Vitani had become close with Aesire quickly, swearing her life to the maiden. Even becoming a "Aunt Tani" to Wren (not much time had been spent with the other child Maeve).

When Phineas gave Vitani the chance to escort the child she nodded to him softly. "Come my little warriors," She winced slightly at her own words. How simply cheesy the term seemed but it still seemed appropriate. "We'll rest off our grief." If only it worked that way. Perhaps if such things were true the Lieris viper would be a much different woman. Maybe so much of her past hate and anger wouldn't exist. She'd be able to forgive her brother, not hate Gent, and even be accepting of her past life. But no. Such a world could not exist for the ivory woman.

Teal eyes drifted back to the scene on hand. Melting with emotions looking for the children to come with her. They could sulk back to the den. Crying together in unison like a group of carolers.

That's okay! I was taking really long anyways! xD

The young fae winced at her brothers words, what did he mean gone? She glanced over her mothers limp body, trying to wrap her head around the possibility that this could be that death she'd briefly learned about some time ago. With Wren's next words, the colorless pup lost it. She prodded at the lifeless form further, wailing more and more with each passing second. The body in front of her chose not to react, no matter how much she'd plead with it, no matter how hard she'd nudge it. Aesire was gone, leaving behind her poor, fragile children. 'How could you..?'

It hadn't taken Phineas long to murmur something meant for the two siblings, though it wasn't particularly anything the monochrome pup was ready to hear. "I dun wanna..." she quietly choked, desperately wanting to spend more time with the corpse displayed before her. "It's jus' not fair.. I dun' wanna..." she glanced over to the Silver wolf who'd been chosen to take the children away. "Please..." surely the woman would understand. After all, Maeve had only just arrived moments ago. Her mind hadn't even allowed her to process things thoroughly enough yet, the fae simply needed more time.

I am not alone,

Wren

When had to stay strong, for his sister. He tried his best to pull it together and find a way to keep himself calm despite how hysterical he felt on the inside. Phineas would make another move to pull them away, though this time he wasn’t asking, he was telling them. There was still a certain level of despair in his eyes, but it was vastly outweighed by his determination to make his sister feel better, though he wasn’t sure that he could be effective in such endeavors. “Come on, Maeve.” He murmured to her, trying to nudge her up onto her feet.

“We need to let them take mum.” He murmured again to her, deciding he would not rise himself until he was confident his sister would be able to get up as well. Tani tried to coo them both up, saying they needed to rest of their grief and Wren discovered how wiped he felt, though he couldn’t identify what he could credit for it – was it the grief truly like Tani was suggesting, or was he just tired? He fought back a yawn as he kept his eyes on his sister. There was the promise that they could visit her grave and mark it with treasures, which made him feel better. “Come on, Maeve.” He whispered again with sad eyes.

Phineas Argyris

Maeve did not wish to go – and Phineas regarded the pup with silent turmoil. He was a cold man at best – especially now – but he did not enjoy seeing grief wreck such havoc upon such an innocent soul.. even if he had despised the reason of their existence. But as of now, their parents mistakes and guilt would not pass upon the children, and he watched as Vitani corralled them together.

Wren was insistent upon leaving now as well, and without another word (for nothing he said to either of them would lessen their pain), the regal wolf would wait until both were out of sight and swept inside somewhere to rest before he would address Tannis. Together, the two would scout out a proper place for Aesire to rest – the first queen of the Plateau. Her body was cold – the life completely gone from her, and darkly, his thoughts drifted to Aponi’s insistence of the matter being a terrible accident.

Perhaps the true accident had been that the man had let either woman in to his ranks – Silent Moon Plateau was even more of a mess than Magnolia Glen had ever been, even with Borlla’s abandonment.

Finally, the sun would give way to night, and he and Tannis had finished the finishing touches upon Aesire’s grave. He held no love for the woman, but he would not leave her to the feed the scavengers. That had not been what he wanted for her life. Once ready, he would make good on his word to Wren and Maeve and show them where their mother then lie -- and encourage them to decorate it as they seen fit in remembrance of her.

I'm sorry, this is probably like.. REALLY bad xD. I know you're trying to end it but I also wanted the lp so I had to come up with something super fast x_x

It was as if they didn't understand. Of course they didn't, how could they? The figures that surrounded her now hadn't just witnessed their mother lying dead in the dirt with no explanation attached, how fortunate for them. However, Maeve hadn't been so lucky, and they should have been able to respect that. 'I-I need m-more time!!!' the pup wailed, though propped herself up regardless. She knew further rebellion would only irk the elders, and more than likely leave them forceful with her rather than patient. She'd be obedient, but only for the sake of keeping further unwanted negativity away.'W-why's Wren makin' me leave.. why dun' they...' the girl glanced at her kin, despair grazing every last inch of her expression."O...Okay..." she whispered, slowly moving herself toward whichever what way her company wished.

Being so young, so naive, it was easy to say that the situation left her unable to comprehend much. It was almost as if she had to convince herself that Aesire had truly died. Thoughts like those, well, it made the small girl's head hurt! Maeve wanted nothing more than to go to sleep. Perhaps even forever, if possible. She couldn't pretend to be strong like Wren had been able to do, the newly made orphan simply needed to disappear for a while. Though that wasn't possible, was it? 'I'm so sorry M-mumma...' the fae wept, continuing on to follow her brother away from the scene.
