Bastet Akhenaten
That table of yours is ADORABLE!
She watched Birtie in silence, licking her lips to rid the fur that littered her teeth before settling to her haunches in a deep release of breath. She was tired, the display of dominance was not a usual suit of hers but it felt good to remind the woman of her position in the pack even if that could change within the next month or more. She had no doubt that Birtie would challenge once more, her innocent appearance was a cover up for whatever scheme she had laid out in her mind and part of Bastet wondered what she was gaming at; first, introductions were in order. She felt her teeth click together with agitation from the woman's harsh response and reminded herself that they were still pumping with adrenaline and allowed the woman her right to be angry. "It matters now because I would like to know." she hissed, keeping her temper from climbing. This woman was truly a brat, "Bastet, you?" she thought to start off just in case the woman needed something to actually begin from.

Birtie Parlow-Tallis
ahh thank you!! Marina did the art<3
She scoffed, tail flicking in annoyence. Whatever. If the dark female had really wanted to know she would have started a conversation in the beginning rather than provoking the Parlow. But what was the point in adding more fuel to the fire? Birtie could tell the woman was just as annoyed.
Bir. She stated flatly, not bothering to give her full name. With that being said she turned around and walked off. There was nothing here for her anymore. Birtie hoped the woman had half a mind to not bother her further. Her teeth were always on standby for those who needed to learn where her boundaries were.

Bastet Akhenaten
Short and to the point, the woman provided what seemed to be a fragment of her name--surely no wolf would be named Bir-- before turning off into the horizon. She studied the woman in silence, her mind churning at a rate of a million miles an hour in a attempt to figure out what this woman's deal was. The challenge had been short and sweet, hardly a challenge, but Bastet was not foolish enough to believe that this woman wouldn't try once more for her position and part of her knew the next time would be different. She scoffed at the idea, particularly displeased with the way in which the younger woman had gone about the challenge, and so soon, but there were no rules and no stipulations to a fight, surely she would meet Bir soon down the road. After a shake of her dark pelt and a stretch of her aging muscles she turned on her toes and sought out her den for a momentary and much needed nap.-Bastet exit--
