The kid was growing, both mother and child seemed to be healthy, and life had been uneventful past the bison incident. Lillia was a pretty constant presence at or around the den, recovering from the mild injury she'd received on her hip, but she had been feeling much better the past couple of days. So, she figured she would seek him out.
It wasn't necessarily that she's been avoiding him, per se, but she certainly hadn't been actively trying to spend time with him, either. There was nothing wrong with the guy - he was just a little quiet, and maybe a little awkward, she figured, and for some reason the thought of one-on-one time with him felt... odd.
But it seemed they were going to be stuck with each other for a while, so what the hell.
The young woman followed her nose through the forest until she was sure she'd picked up his scent. And sure enough, not too long after she'd started tracking him, she spotted a dark form weaving through the forest.
"Hey," she hummed, falling into step beside him and seeking out his attention. "Care for some company?" It didn't matter much what they did - hunt or walk or whatever - but she didn't really want to be two strangers circling around the same wolf anymore. There was still room for him to say no if he wanted, of course, but she was extending the olive branch.
