Anastasia probably would be heartbroken if Lachesis decided that he didn’t see Reaper as she did. What the arctic had expressed to her was magical to her but would her friend see the same? Secretly she did worry that her happiness might not be what would make Lachesis happy. To come across something that the two of them could not agree on would certainly upset her but nor would she force him to do something he didn’t want to do. Though she would remain optimistic and hope that he would like the guy… he wasn’t bad, he was nice and he wanted to help her. That was a good sign, right?
So the disease had apparently passed and there had been no more signs of it, but it didn’t make Ana feel much more comfortable. The two of them didn’t need a sickness to plague them, they were simply loners and were still young and open to possibilities. <b style="font-family:georgia; font-size:12px; color:#EC487E;">“Did they have any casualties?” For how fearful the pack wolf must have been towards the disease maybe it had killed some of their pack mates and left them with more room… no! Anastasia scolded herself for thinking that horribly about those who probably didn’t deserve to die, it was a loss and all losses were sad.
Anastasia nodded, smiling as she did and finding that Lachesis felt the same as she did. <b style="font-family:georgia; font-size:12px; color:#EC487E;">“I want to belong to,” because that was what they were here for. To find a place where the both could thrive and live life to the fullest. It was somewhat difficult to do that when it was just the two of them.

Lachesis "XIX" Stark

Lachesis couldn’t help but worry when it came to meeting this Arctic loner his companion spoke so fondly of – he knew that joining with Reaper’s plan was what she really wanted, and if this was what would make her happy, he would do it. All he wanted was for the blue-eyed girl to be happy, and to be a part of something that she wanted. No matter how he felt about the situation, Anastasia would always come first. If it meant Anastasia being happy now, Lachesis would be happy tomorrow – he loved her more than anyone else, and her well-being was far more important than his own. He would do whatever was necessary to keep her happy, because that’s all that really mattered.
<b style="font-family:georgia; color:#838136; font-size:12px;">“He d-did not s-say, but from h-how concerned he was there w-was definitely a f-few.” XIX felt guilty that he didn’t know all the answers to her questions – he felt as if he should’ve questioned Hollow Nite further, but it had been his trail run. He had received enough information to relay what he had discovered to Ana, and that Secluded Woodlands offered potential to the pair. Unfortunately, the two wolves were rather picky when it came to deciding their future home. Perhaps this Reaper did offer something of value, and Nineteen was just being that ‘jealous friend’. He mentally scoffed at his own thoughts, brows narrowing slightly as he rested his pear eyes on his friend.
<b style="font-family:georgia; color:#838136; font-size:12px;">“We’re going to b-belong somewhere t-together. Soon Ana, I p-promise.”

It was somewhat stressful to the snowy woman that they were still without a pack. The two of them were not particularly strong and any large predator could easily take the two of them out (unless both of them worked out a highly logical plan). Just like this disease, anything could have taken their lives by now but she counted them lucky. Just as relieved that she had not come across a male yet who had treated her like scum on the oceans floor. This alone perturbed the she-wolf, finding that her hairs raised a little and she closed her eyes to shield the emotions from emerging.
Lachesis’ promise to her was nice though would it hold or last? They should have belonged somewhere by now and if Reaper’s idea didn’t suit them, they would be right back where they started. The only wolf she had met so far hadn’t had what Ana was looking for which was friendliness. She refused to be within a pack that the members were not willing to be open and friendly to those that asked questions. Especially to loners who needed to seek refuge within a pack and who would hold up their end of the bargain diligently.
Her pelt was beginning to get worn down, dirt spattered here and there. Her fur had simply lost some of its luster, allowing her to feel simply plain. Lachesis made her feel good about herself occasionally but if things didn’t change for them soon then what would happen to them then?

and end! yay! <3<b style="font-family:georgia; color:#353535; font-size:12px;">
The yearling could tell that his blue-eyed dove was growing tired of being without a pack — she was not suited for the loner lifestyle, and he could tell that she craved the comfort of a pack. And although he was enjoying his newly discovered freedom, he wanted Ana to be happy more than anything. If that meant joining with a pack, he would do so. XIX had been interested in the future pack that Capella was going to be a part of — it, aside from Reaper's suggestion, had been the only alternative that appealed to the spider-legged boy. It would mean that if he wanted to visit his dandelion-eyed friend he didn't have to skim the borders waiting to cross paths with her, but could go on scouting missions with her instead. He knew that Reaper's suggestion had gripped his companion, and if it was what Ana really wanted the boy would join with the Arctic loner's plan.
<b style="font-family:georgia; color:#353535; font-size:12px;">"Let's f-find something to eat," the boy suggested as he nuzzled the blue-eyed girl's shoulder, his tail giving a short wag. <b style="font-family:georgia; color:#353535; font-size:12px;">"Then m-maybe we can t-take a bath," the boy joked softly before heading toward into shrubbery, away from the river so that they could find something to make prey out of. He meant what he had said about finding a pack soon — he did not want to disappoint Ana and have her be unhappy. Her happiness was what was most important to the snowy yearling, and he would do anything to keep her spirits up.
